My daughter decided she wanted her ears pierced for the first time. As an avid fan/wearer of body piercings I told my daughter she would have to have them pierced with a needle not a gun. When we arrived all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The lady that served us was so lovely helping my daughter pick out her earings. There was a bit of a wait, however they have a great system of sending a text to let you know when they are ready. A lady called Amy was the piercer that day and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter, and gave her stickers for being so brave. As we were leaving the lady at the cash desk gave my daughter some sweets for brave. Absolutely fabulous staff! I couldn't recommended them highly enough. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. Amazing!

Really friendly staff and efficient process for piercings. Staff were lovely throughout the process. Very very clean!! I was really surprised with how clean it was in there. Would definitely return again. Only lost a star due to the price being a tad on the high side. However, I do realise there is a cost to maintaining their certifications and cleanliness so would pay again regardless

Got my septum pierced here by a lovely lady called Amy. She was amazing and made me feel so calm and comfortable. The space was very clean and hygienic, Also, there was a lovely person called T , they were so welcoming when arriving at the shop, thank you guys!! Xx

I want to say a HUGE thank you to Tee for being absolutely lush, so friendly and welcoming whilst doing my daughters belly button piercing yesterday on her 14th birthday! He was an absolute professional and perfectionist and made me and my daughter feel super comfortable during the whole process. I 100% recommend him for all of your piercing needs. The lady who served us was super friendly too, fantastic customer service from all in store !!!

Had my traguses (tragi?) re-pierced today.was pretty nervous about going in, partly cos last time I had them done years ago in NZ they were so painful i almost left after having only one done. But also because I’m old, fat and not trendy. I expected to feel pretty uncomfortable in the store, but the staff are lovely! I even bought a dress. Amee who did my piercings is amazing! Highly recommend, it was even worth braving the centre of Newport for!

Went in for 2 forward helix piercings (like a snake bite) today and the piercer was amazing! I was nervous because it was my first piercing in 10 years but he made me feel super comfortable! he was so chatty & friendly :) he even lined up both the new piercings perfectly with the tragus & cartilage piercings i already have effortlessly without me asking him to... I didn't get his name... but to the man with the blue hair & fabulous matching eyebrows, thank you so much!! 😊

Went to get my nose pierced and Tom was so so lovely! I’ve never had a facial piercing before and I felt completely at ease. Genuine helpful advice in terms of what stud to get, healing tips etc. Service was quick and professional and it was lovely to have Tee be so friendly since it’s something that will be on my face forever so a day to remember ☺️☺️

Went in today for myself and my daughter. We both had piercings. From the ladies on the till to the piercer himself every one so lovely and helpful and informative. I feel so bad for not getting any names I’d love to give you all individual reviews as you so deserve it. The cleanliness was top notch. Brilliant help with after care/ piercing... i had my septum done (First serious piercing) and had no problems with it. Staff was very helpful especially with myself having a fear of needles... they helped make the piercing process pleasant.

This afternoon I had my septum pierced and the whole experience was amazing, start to finish! Exceptional customer service throughout and the aftercare advice was fab.
