Sarah is honestly the best piercer. She makes it such an easy and stress free process. Done all my piercings and my ears aren't easy but she is so professional and caring. Her assistant is also very friendly, helpful and keen to help. Lovely, clean atmosphere. Definitely the place to go for piercings x

We have just been to Snug for my 8 year old to get her ears pierced. Sarah was so friendly, made my daughter feel at ease, and relaxed. It is spotlessly clean and she made sure that it was as pain free as possible with numbing and breathing techniques. She makes sure that the piercing is in exactly the right place and that you are happy before she proceeds. Such a great service, I would totally recommend her to anyone getting any type of piercing.

Cannot recommend this place enough, it is just great. I took my Mum to get her lobes re-pierced yesterday and the service we received from Snug was absolutely brilliant. Mum was super emotional about getting her ears re-done as she has finally been allowed to pierce them after a few long years of cancer treatment. The girls were amazing, so positive and supportive and Sarah kept chatting to her throughout (she was quite nervous about the pain but they were so reassuring) - I would wholeheartedly suggest you give Snug your business if you’re looking for a place to get your next piercing. They had oodles of earring choices for her to pick from too which she was delighted with. She’s had a spring in her step since she came out of Snug, and I’m so grateful to the team for providing such a positive experience for her. Thanks so much, Snug !!

Sarah is absolutely amazing and definitely knows her stuff. Sarah has been piercing me since the beginning of her career years ago ... She's knows her stuff and puts you at ease straight away!! I took my 6 year old boy to Sarah today for his first ear piercing, even though he wanted it he was nervous (not many kids want a needle shoved through their ear) but instantly my son warmed to her as she talked him through it and comforted him with her fabulous personality ❤ He absolutely loves it! No pain no bleeding and he's gone to bed forgetting he had it done 🤣 I can't recommend this amazing woman enough - She's the best around x

We what can I can I say I have had all of my piercings performed by Sarah when she was at the other shop. Sarah has now taken the brave step of going on her own and she has made the right choice. Sarah is very thorough with her job everything is clean to a high standard also she follows all the government rules she is what I would call an independent business so we need to support those. Am I in love! Yes I bloody am! Is it dangerous to have such an amazing piercer opposite my house probably! But OH MY GOD! After an awful experience this morning at another shop, with practically being forced and we'll over priced I'm so happy I came to Sarah at Snug Piercing Studio I was welcomed warmly, shown where it was going to be going and just massively made to feel welcome and certainly not forced, and let's not forget how amazing she was with my 5 year old! What can I say?!? I'm such an anxious person, not about having a piercing but about talking to people and interacting in general but walking in here was like a breath of fresh air. Sarah is not only professional but makes you feel so bloody good about yourself, it's like talking to an old friend. I can't recommend Snug Piercing Studio enough! Sarah is lovely and kind and will explain everything to you as much as you need, ideal for younger clients and first timers. The range of jewellery is great and they use a the type that means you aren't stuck with a boring plain stud until your piercing has healed, it's definitely the only place in Newport that offers this! It's a busy shop even though they are new which speaks volumes about Sarah's skill and reputation, I'll be back in a few weeks for a jewellery change!
