Spoke with Natalie weeks leading up to my tattoo and she planned it out for me ready for the day and then double checked that I was happy with the design before starting. A. A.Negative reviewers are barmy, or from some time ago. I have been to other studios within Northampton and none can quite compare to Alternative Art. Not only did I come away with a quality piece - a true work of art, the artists and staff were friendly, not gruff and intimidating like other studios. Love my ink and will be returning in a few weeks time for a touch up ... might even get more done while I'm there!
L. B.Disappointed. Booking confirmed via email on 30th June for the 7th August. On arrival staff were clueless and said I was not on the system, I was not asked for a deposit or told who the tattoo artist would be throughout any of tbe emails. Should have known it would have been a flop.
HOWEVER, contacted the day of this and offered to rebook the next day. Prompt and I was happy that my concerns were responded to. Anna did my tattoo and I could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks to all at Alternative Art
K. E.Tattoo done by natalie, realistic cat portrait, love it! even bought a tear to my eye, friendly staff, was made to feel comfortable and at ease, offered coffee throughout and you can bet I'll have another in the future.

W.Brilliant people all very talented great prices for the excellent work they do been in twice as a spectator once for a rework on my partners arm that another tattoo studio really messed up and once with my step daughter both times they have gone above and beyond would highly recommend I will deffenately be using them for my next tattoo can't rate them high enough
