Went for a face dermal and my mum had her neck done. They fit us both in together - I’m not sure the name of the piercer but everyone in the shop is just so friendly and funny. Our piercer was so gentle and didn’t hurt at all! I’ve had almost all my piercings done here since I was of age to get jabbed and I love how easy healing they are. Favourite body art place in Northampton!

I got my septum pierced from here and had a very nice, painless experience. The amazing lady who did my piercing was super friendly and guided me throughout the process. It took about 2 minutes at max from start to finish. After that I had an issue with my card while making payment but I was also very kindly accommodated for that too. Also, I made my phone appointment for the wrong branch but they were nice enough to squeeze me in even though they were super busy. 7 stars for them! Would definitely recommend yo others as well. If I have to give one recommendation, I would just say that they should have an option for comtactless payment as well.

Had a wrist tattoo of my husband’s name carried out yesterday by Mitch. He was very professional and did exactly what I wanted. It didn’t hurt in the slightest and I am very happy with the result. I would highly recommend.

Went here to get my nose piercing. Was feeling really scared , as I hate needles but Lily was very reassuring, patient and answered all my (many)questions. Amazing atmosphere, friendly people and overall a brilliant experince. Would definitely recommend to everyone! Most of the tattoos on my arm are done by Mitch and i am incredibly happy, he takes the time to make sure i am satisfied with the positioning and that i am comfortable with the pain. I had my first helix piercing there and Lily was very communicative, made sure i was ok and explained the steps to ease my worries. I'll definitely get all my future tattoos with them! X

Great place! Went in with my friend to get our ears pierced without an appointment and they managed to do both our piercings quickly and they look amazing. Staff are super nice! Definitely going back there for more piercings 😍

Had another tattoo done by Mitch at Phils shop. They are great people and you have a good laugh, make you feel comfortable, relaxed , this is my third one done by Mitch first one my sons name , second a cover up butterfly and third. A verse on ribs. I can definitely say I would recommend these guys to anyone that wants a tattoo, they like a family n couldn’t make u feel more comfortable, actually a cup of tea would of been nice. Ha ha ha , 😀😉
