I travel from Northampton regularly to visit punctured piercing for both piercing and aesthetic treatments. The staff are really friendly and put you at ease with the amount of knowledge and experience they have. I have never been disappointed on a visit and am often in contact for info and opinions which is never to much trouble. For a 5* service it’s well worth the travel. The shop is clean and the hygiene by all staff is to an amazing standard!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else 😀

I had a fantastic experience today. I went to have two piercings in each ear - Erin was superb; Incredibly friendly, professional and skilled. She took care to make sure everything was lined up and just right and was great with support and advice (as I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted). Nothing was too much for her, she was fabulous and I am so pleased with the result. 100% recommend.

I had an amazing experience here! My friends and I decided to check if they were taking walk ins, and they were (this was specified on their facebook, but you can also book as well to secure your appointment). We decided to go in and I got two nostril piercings, my friend got one nostril piercing and my other friend got both eye brows pierced. They look amazing, and are very considerate checking multiple times if I was happy with placement, liked the jewellery, felt okay, etc. The piercer was very professional, the place was clean, and the prices were very good! Will be returning, and definitely recommend if you're looking to get a piercing.

I had my septum done years ago which was a horrible experience, although I had my septum pierced again by Erin, she was absolutely amazing, she was there to reassure me and calm my nerves before piercing me, she told me what she was doing every step of the way, was checking I was okay during the procedure. It was by far the most amazing experience I have had when getting piercings. All of my questions about getting the piercings were answered straight away and the booking process was easy to use. Once I got there I was seen on time and Chloe the lady who did my piercing was professional and extremely kind. Every step of the piercing she asked me if I was ok and made sure everything was clean and if I liked the piercing. Would definitely recommend and if I get another piercing it will definitely be from here.

I would definitely recommend this place. I pierced my daughter's ears here and she was crying mainly because I had to hold her tightly. A second after putting on the second earring, she calmed down. Very nice, professional, patient staff. It took us a moment to mark the dots because Olivia was moving a lot and the lady entertained her all the time. The price is also very affordable. I've recently had a Triple Forward Helix piercing around 3 - 4 weeks ago, the lady that conducted the piercing was professional and made me feel at ease. I asked for sparkly jewellery and this was no hassle at all. Over all its healing very well, still swollen which is to be expected but healing. Everytime I had a piercing, I was asked if I was happy with it, I was frequently asked if I was OK and asked if I needed breaks inbetween, I wasn't rushed. Ear was cleaned and was provided detailed information on how to keep the piercings clean. 4 weeks prior to the Helix piercing I had my Daith pierced and received the same the experience. I'd definitely recommend this friendly, calming, clean and tidy, punctual studio.

Great piercer. Prompt reply to an enquiry about my piercing and then very friendly, welcoming, and most importantly professional when I got there. Piercing is perfect and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The only thing I would say, which is no reflection at all on the business, is if you're using Google Maps to find the shop leave a bit early. I had quite the walk around thanks to a bit of go left, go right, turn around when walking there. Straight down Hockley, back of the ice arena and you're just about there is a rough route. Chatting to the piercer it seems the local GPS has a bit of a Bermuda Triangle in that area so I'm not the only one!

Went into today with my clan (3 kids) and left with 4 new beautiful piercings. My eldest daughter and I had an industrial each, and my youngest 2 children had their navels pierced. The lady that pierced us is a registered nurse, which is great as she understands the human anatomy, and how to pierce correctly. They also use the cannula method, which makes everything less painful as the plastic catheter is left and makes it quicker and easier for the jewellery to go in more smoothly. Both the ladies were professional and talked about placement and made sure we were happy both before and after the piercings. Very clean and pretty studio. We will definitely be back for more soon, and am already thinking about my next piercing. I only wish I'd had my tragus done at the same time today! Thanks ladies.
