I’ve had three piercings here at Luna and the experience was nothing but amazing from start to finish. Everyone there is so friendly, warm and welcoming and you feel right at home. There is an incredible selection of jewellery and Jess is so informative and professional, she really has your best interest at heart to make sure you get the perfect piercing for you. My absolute favourite place to get pierced and tattooed! Everyone gives you such a warm welcome and the decor is absolutely unreal! I recommend to everyone, even if they don’t live nearby. The jewellery range is incredible and there’s so much to choose from 😍 same goes for the tattoo artists, there is something for everyone. The vibes are immaculate. Best place in Nottingham 🖤

Really impressed with how quick and easy it all was from filling out the forms to getting you in and out before you even have chance to be nervous hah! Really impressed with my nose piercing which was very pain free whilst being pierced. Was given advice on aftercare and had no issues whatsoever, no scabbing, no bleeding, no swelling. Real quality piercing jewellery is used and you can upgrade to very nice jewellery which is quite expensive but they are white gold/gold and you can see the quality which is why I’ll be going back to upgrade my piercing once healed. It’s definitely worth the little bit extra to have a hassle free piercing. The girls are lovely too and I love the design of the shop!

The ladies at Luna are just incredible. You feel like you've known them for years, they make you feel super at ease which when about to be punctured is very welcome! They are crazy daft together and you're inevitably in stitches within 5 min. Jess is brilliant at what she does. I've had an ear curation done and she's so patient designing your ear and choosing jewellery and is awesome and super quick at piercing. They're always on hand to answer any questions and they really care about you. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings now I've found Luna.

Had my septum pierced a few months ago - healed perfectly. I was given great advice to follow and had help picking the most suitable jewellery. Everyone was really friendly and chatty - I think I sat talking about dogs for about 20 minutes after. I highly recommend and will now only go here for future piercings 😊

I hadn't realised that getting a piercing could be so professional and problem-free until I visited Jess at The Luna Collective! My previous piercings had been so painful and slow healing that I didn't think I could face any more, then I had a lip piercing here, then I had an ear piercing, and I've already decided on my next one! The actual piercing hardly swelled, wasn't painful (the needle was in and out in seconds), and felt almost healed within a matter of days. The aftercare offered is brilliant and the jewellery they sell is top quality - my face deserves the best, doesn't yours?! Now I've found the Luna Collective I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This studio is the most beautiful safe place in Nottingham. Jessi and her crew are so talented at what they do, professional and amazingly friendly. Kev, Emlyn and Karsten are wicked tattooist, Ami is incredible with her laser machine and Jessi... well, words can't describe how special this lady is. Her piercings are a class above any others. Her curations and imagination set her apart and her jewellery selection is out of this world. Her and Laura are the craziest duo who are welcoming, kind and simply the best humans ever!! Myself, my husband and our son who is 12 have had numerous piercings between us (me mainly) and we definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Her approach towards customers is unique and she instantly puts you at ease. She's a female powerhouse bossing the world of piercing and business and I'm proud of her! 🖤

They are really professional and honestly Jessicat did my piercings so fast that the pain was very bearable ☺️ They are always so kind and willing to help you, they helped me change my piercing that was getting swallowed by my ear because I was using the wrong material and whilst some piercers would have blamed me, they only took time to inform me :) They have really original, amazing jewelry ! I went in on my birthday to treat myself to 3 new piercings and Jess was fantastic! Everyone in the place was lovely and welcoming and it's nice hearing the banter between them all, it's like being surrounded by family! The studio itself is lovely, cosy and clean. The aftercare instructions were clear and emailed so that I always have them and I've to go back in 4 weeks so that she can check how they're healing. I've been following TLC on Insta for what seems like forever, and it was finally my turn for an ear curation consultation yesterday! Jess and Laura are very friendly and welcoming, with such an incredible selection of jewelery you're spoilt for choice. I basically went in with a rough idea but trusted that Jess would turn out something beautiful, which she did! She knew straight away which pieces to use and where. This was the best piercing experience that I could have asked for - the studio looks amazing, and both Jess and Laura were so lovely and friendly as soon as I walked through the door. My first time at Luna was a happy accident when I was visiting Nottingham! Jess pierced my septum and in an instant I knew I had found my new favourite piercer! My septum has healed beautifully with the most gorgeous jewellery. Jess is incredible and so friendly, the vibe of TLC is like hanging out with friends even though you met them 5 minutes ago. I decided I couldn’t see any other piercer anymore so I went back a few weeks later for a flat piercing. Again it has been the smoothest healing second only to my septum! I will continue to travel to Luna from 60+ miles away, IT IS SO WORTH IT. Changed my life!

Jess & her team are so lovely, down to earth and welcoming that it's hard not to have a smile & giggle in the shop - even when getting stabbed with pretty jewelry. The shop is super quirky and cute. Had my ear pierced by Jess, I couldn't believe how painless it was - and quick! 5 minutes from when I stepped in the door I was out again with a pretty in my ear. I love that you can get a new piercing that's pretty - a lot of other places only have the basic silver bar/stud for the initial piercing you wear for the first few months. Absolutely lovely team, Jess is very inclusive of all people (disabled, mental health, Aspergers/Autism) and will talk everyone through the procedure and healing process in a way that they can understand. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone that I meet, especially for first timers who are nervous!! Emlyn is very gentle and tattooed my S/O and talked him through the nerves after he hadn’t been tattooed in a good few years. Laura is definitely a go to if you’re a little worried about getting tattooed or pierced as she takes a wonderful motherly approach and helps you decide if you’re ready yet to go through with your modification. They definitely act like a little family rather than a team and that is just what you need when you’re going for a modification.

I got my rook pierced today, I was apprehensive about the pain but I barely felt it. It was a really pleasant experience. Got good advice about aftercare and concerns I had about infection.
