Had 3 piercings done there, all healed well which I was very happy about, especially for the conch which can be a bit tricky. It is quite expensive, eg changing a previously done piercing is £7! But I will be going back, since the piercings were well-done!

Went here to get my ears pierced. The majority of the staff are very good, helpful and professional The person who did my ears, she was very knowledgeable, and reassuring. There is however one individual on the front counter, skinny guy, with tattoos on his neck, who takes surly and rude to a whole new level, I fortunately kept my temper in check to avoid a row. I have returned to Tiger Lily a few tines, however this person has been on the counter, so to avoid conflict I walk out again. However I must stress apart from this particular assistant, the service is friendly, professional and helpful..

Got a nose piercing done the other day was great and lady who did it was lovely. No pain and done in seconds. Very expensive though, £45 for a nose piercing!! Having read other reviews it seems like they’re constantly changing pricing/ getting more expensive so worth knowing as I was expecting to pay around £30 (based on my friend who got hers done there about a year ago). Other than that would’ve given 5 stars as the actual service was great.

I got a small tattoo by Kelly and he was fantastic- really easy to talk to and a very fast worker too. I was so pleased with the results, he worked with me to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted. Thank you so much Kelly! Everyone else was also really kind and helpful- 100% will go back next time I want something done!

I took my teenage daughter, 15, here (21-04-2022) to have her belly button pierced. No appointment needed we just came in to ask about availability for the day and were told they could do it for her in 10 mins time. It cost £45 including the body jewellery and aftercare solution. I had to sign a consent form as she is under 16. All of the staff were polite and welcoming and it was a very clean, relaxed environment. A lady called Kat did the piercing for my daughter and I cannot rate her enough... very reassuring and chatty, which put my daughter at ease. Kat talked her through every step before, during and after and asked many times throughout if she was OK, how she was feeling etc. Very quick and easy, only took a few minutes for the actual peircing. My daughter is very pleased with her new piercing and I was pleased with the service we received here. Would recommend.

They’ll answer any questions you have really quickly online and in person and they made me feel really calm and comfortable even when I felt nervous to have my jewellery changed . Been going to Tiger Lilly since 2008 (college years). The staff has always been super friendly, helpful and fun. When ever I need to find something unusual or dark, this is the place to go. Fish net gloves, T-shirts, Glow in the dark body paint, CBD oils etc.... they always seem to have what I need. Not had any piecing's or tattoos from here...still a virgin at that! (don't hold that against me)

Got my second piercing done here last Wednesday ! The staff were so lovely and accommodating, too. Brendan, in particular, was the one who took care of me as I got my belly button done, and he was particularly kind and tolerant to my nervousness of the experience ! Five stars once more :)

I walked in to TigerLily, the atmosphere was so friendly, had a great chat and support from girl that booked me in, and I was able to have my piercing done almost straight away. Had a tattoo coverup by Kelly at Tiger Lily. Not only is he such a kind, welcoming guy. He is an exceptional tattoo artist. He adapted the design perfectly to coverup the old tattoo. Got my septum pierced by Paige here and it was the easiest, least painful piercing I've ever had. She was super professional and reassuring, the piercing itself barely hurt and she gave great advice. I'm prone to difficult healing but this was easily the quickest and least painful piercing I've ever had, and she helped me change another piece of jewellery while I was there. Can't recommend her enough!

Lovely nose-piercing experience with Tiger Lily. I phoned them as I walked into town to ask about availability; they weren't busy so I was able to walk in and be seen pretty much straight away! Paige was really friendly and chill, so I felt completely at ease and the piercing went without a hitch. I was given lots of info about aftercare too and was assured I could always come back if I had any problems with my piercing. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve just got another piercing on my ear done today. This is the first time I’ve had piercing done here (as I’ve always had them done in Hong Kong) and it’s done so professionally and calmly that I felt completely at ease and happy of the overall experience. This is truly one of the best piercing experiences I’ve had. Clean, quick, and neat; the littlest to almost no pain during the process, and the nice gentleman who did it for me (I forgot to ask for the name, sorry!) was so friendly and professional! I had an amazing experience at TigerLily when I went for a new piercing last week. I asked for a front helix piercing which Paige advised might not be possible. When she pierced my ear, she was not happy with it and was not happy letting me leave with a bad piercing that wouldn't last. She therefore offered a new piercing and advised me on where to have it. Amazing service! Thank you so much Paige!

Did a walk in piercing appointment last summer with Paige. Didn't have to wait at all, professional and good quality polished titanium jewellery (e.g. labret studs for earlobes). Paige was friendly. Aftercare solution provided and care tips. Healed no probs. Would definitely use again for other piercings.

I had my ears pierced in September 2020 when tattoo parlours were eventually allowed to reopen after the lockdon. They had very good precautions against the virus. Social distancing up the stairs and inside the shop. I had my temperature taken, signed a medical questionnaire form and gave my contact details. The guy happily explained the procedure and options for this boring middle-aged guy to understand. It all felt safe and well-organised. You need to go early and get an appointment to come back later. I went in shortly after they opened at 10 and got an appointment at 10:40. The operation, a needle through each lode, was done quickly and neatly by Paige, who bantered with me throughout, then gave me aftercare instructions and a bottle of saline wash. Standard earlobe piercings are the most basic you can have, so maybe this wasn't a major test but I felt very happy with everything.

Clean and sterile pericing place with friendly receptionists. The owner who preformed the pericings smelt of body odor and did not talk us through the process, so would not recommend if it’s first time getting pierced.

Had my PA done here (hence, no pictures obviously) by Mick, just over 3 weeks ago. An initial phone call and he explained that only he could do it and, the days he was available in the coming week, along with the price. An Excellent Job. I was made to feel at ease very quickly, in the clean and simple side room. No real pain (even though I did wriggle a bit, but who wouldn't considering), very little bleeding and it has healed remarkably quickly. His explanation of the procedure and recomended aftercare, was simple and straightforward, debunking some of the online advice that I had read with facts. I would recommend this place (and him especially) to anyone planning on having similar.
