I had such a brilliant experience at Lost Time. I popped in today and wasn't sure what piercing to get but was given some great advice and eventually settled on a conch piercing. The guys advised on the positioning and were super knowledgeable and I felt instantly at ease. I'm really pleased with my piercing and could not recommend this place enough, everyone is really lovely. Can't wait to go back!

Me and my friend came in today to inquire about a tattoo and for my friend to get a piercing. The piercer Juilana was so so lovely!! As it was my friends first piercing, she put her at ease and was just so lovely and professional! The shop is beautifully laid out and all the staff were so friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this place to everyone! Fair prices also.

I went to Lost time tattoo to get a few ear piercings done. They were incredibly professional and organised, made me feel important and comfortable. Juliana took care of me, talked me through everything that she was going to do and was very helpful in finding me the perfect earrings to compliment my own style. Everyone who worked there were genuinely friendly and made the whole experience really lovely. I will definitely be back for more piercings and maybe even a tattoo in the future. An amazing experience today. The tattoo I had chosen is massively significant in my life at the moment. Ruben had drawn several sizes for me to choose from and I am so happy with the end result.All the staff are so friendly and helpful, I will not hesitate to use them again.

I can not say enough good things about this company, my 11 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced, it took two attempts but in both occasions the woman that helps us was amazing, nothing was too much bother!! Friends have recommended them time and time again and if I were to ever have a tattoo or something pierced then this is where I would go 👍 Even if you don't want any of that they sell plants and I'm definitely going along to get me one of those soon 🌿

I had my nose pierced by Juliana ( sorry if i spelt it wrong) everybody is so friendly I called before arriving. Then I filled out all the forms and bits had a nice chat with the lovely ladies and a gentleman honestly so welcoming. Then I chose my nose stud explained my situation it was my 3rd time having my nose pierced by them they helped me choose the right stud it’s gorgeous titanium so quality is not compromised. Then Juliana pieced my nose and when I say she was gentle gosh she was so so good if your a bit cringe and hate piercings like me she is the man 😎😂 I would deffo recommend these guys so clean in there they were all wearing masks so don’t worry so 10/10

I felt so comfortable from the first message to booking my appointment. It got better from there I forgot my appointment time and called, knowing they would be busy. My call was appreciated and the customer service was brilliant. When I arrived at my allocated time the customer service got even better. I went in confident and comfortable. I’ve booked to see Jason a bit last minute (on the day actually!) and he was super accommodating to fit me in towards the end of the day. I went for a simple outline tattoo on my ankle. Jason used hand poke technique instead of the traditional machine approach which is not very common in Peterborough. Throughout the process he was very engaging and friendly, genuinely made the time fly. A week later my tattoo is healing like no other one I’ve had - no scabbing, dry skin, itching or anything really! It looks absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Recently got my Medusa pierced the girl who pierced me was so sweet came back a week later to change the jewellery they checked up on how it was healing and replaced the jewellery for me. It's fairly priced and staff are lovely.

I've been going Lost Time for a few years now and I can't imagine getting a piercing any where else! I think Dan and Rosie do an amazing job piercing, they always make me feel comfortable and relaxed and I always have a good chat with them. I went in the other day and I haven't been in quite a few months due to being away but they remembered me still and it was nice knowing that they do remember their customers. I know if i ever had a problem or need help with a piercing being changed, I know that they would help me out. I've also had a tattoo done there too, and the people in there are also really lovely. I went in with my friend who recommended for me to get my septum pierced there and was very nervous about it - but the piercer was really nice and was so helpful with answering any question I had. The piercing was so quick and it was a very “I don’t know what I was worrying about” moment. Went in today to get a quote for a tattoo and have my septum and nipple pierced. Staff were excellent! Friendly, helpful, gave great advice and made the whole experience as easy and stress free as possible. Sadly didn’t get the name of the guy who handled the piercings, but he didn’t even give me a chance to be nervous. Not had a piercing in 20 years but it was so easy and relaxed from start to finish. in my most recent experience, the staff did not make me feel welcome whatsoever in particular ‘Dan’, he was not reassuring at all and besides getting a compulsory after care information leaflet i did not receive any advice from the team. I felt i was rushed in and pressured to have my scoop tongue piercing in a place which i didn’t want it to be because he expressed unpleasant feelings about the difficulty of the task. my friend also asked for the web tongue piercing and the staff almost seemed annoyed that she wanted that piercing- complaining about how much they hated to do it and bickering between them as to who was going to do it making the situation slightly awkward. however on the other hand, i have also been there for ear piercing with my friends and we all had pleasant experiences. my friend also got her smiley piercing done and it was very professional and the piercer was very calming and gave a lot of important after care advice. overall i think the quality of the piercings are on point however the attitudes of some of the staff (not all) is a bit off putting.

went to get two piercings with a friend - we waited about 5 minutes, we were given a form to complete, and 5 minutes later we both already had our new piercings in. the people were all nice, the place looked clean and I really felt comfortable at the studio. (: 5/5 would go again and recommend!

I went in there today because I wanted to know the size of my current belly bar so I could have a pregnancy belly bar, and the lovely gentleman (Dan I think his name was) measured it up and was really kind to me and I was going to buy them elsewhere because I didnt know if they sold those kind of bars but he explained he had one in the back already made and he gave it to me for free and also wished me well in my pregnancy! So lovely, really made my day! This is what 5 star customer service is about and everytime I have gone in there, they're very kind and professional and always explain things properly and try and help you the most they can! Cant wait to go back in a few months when I'm allowed to get my daith pierced 😁 thank you again lost time!!!! 🙌🏾❤
