I've visited Kerry for a while now and she has been wonderful every time! I've been really happy with my results and have always felt relaxed and at ease. Kerry is extremely knowledgeable, providing me with a lot of information and guidance for laser aftercare. On a personal level Kerry is one of the friendliest warmest people and always puts her customers needs first.

I started coming to see Kerry back in June 2021 starting with leg and arm treatments. I have almost completed one of these treatments and have started another recently. I also plan on further areas. Kerry is friendly and professional with extensive knowledge in her field. Her prices fully reflect the level of skill she has acquired over the years. I honestly do not think she charges enough for the treatments and service she gives. Every session has been free of hassle, the original patch tests were easy and straightforward, with everything explained. The Fresha app is easy to use so you can keep an eye on future appointments and reschedule if needed. Covid safety is adhered to with the forms and in salon rules, facilities are clean and spotless as is salon areas. I have not needed to cancel but know the protocol which is fully accessible in print and on the app but i was able to reschedule one appointment to fit in with another appointment in the same venue very easily. Aftercare is always discussed and refreshed at each appointment. What i love above Kerry is how you go from one appointment to the next with sometimes several weeks between and yet she remembers what you spoke about the previous visit. She is super friendly and always puts me at ease. I really was anxious when i first started but hadn't of worried. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my laser and would be shocked if i ever saw anything less than 5 star reviews for her.

I honestly cannot recommend Kerry any higher. I first went for underarm laser hair removal, and after the wonderful results, went back for other areas. Not only are the results amazing, but Kerry is brilliant. I was so nervous to first go, but Kerry instantly put me at ease...no matter what strange position I had to get into! She is always smiling and nothing is too much for her. She is extremely professional but at the same time, it’s like having a catch up with an old friend. Finding someone that can strike that balance is rare. If you’re considering going to see Kerry, go for it. You won’t regret it!

Kerry and her work are amazing. She always makes me feel at ease and is easy to talk to. I am currently having my underarms and Hollywood lasered. My underarms have been amazing, 3/4 of the hairs are gone after 6 sessions! My Hollywood hairs have been a little bit more stubborn but Kerry is amazing and is doing everything she can to get the best results for me. Anyone who is not sure laser hair removal is for them, just book a consultation and go from there! You will not be disappointed!

BEST LASER HAIR REMOVAL PLACE EVER! 😍 Great quality machines are used with amazing breathtaking results for any skin type! Black, Asian, white etc.. SEEN Huge results from session 1(being a hairy asian myself with very dark pigmentation in certain areas etc..) Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! Been to so many places for my skin type but this is the only place where i saw instant breathing results! Kerry is absolutely amazing and knows what she’s doing which puts me at so much ease in every session.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS! After researching and using other clinics for my laser removal I haven’t been able to find anyone better than this Clinic. My hair is super thick and black and I was unsure around how my results would look. However I couldn’t have asked for better results!!! I am on my 5th session now and the results have blown me away. I suffered with really bad ingrown hairs and scars from shaving on my legs and this has given me the CONFIDENCE BOOST I needed! Can’t thank Kerry and her business enough!
