After years of thinking about it, I finally got the courage to book laser hair removal and I am so glad I did. After just a few sessions the results are incredible, I am absolutely thrilled! Kat is so knowledgeable, warm & friendly and she can even put the most nervous person (me!) at ease within moments of arriving in her gorgeous little shop. It's obvious that Kat really loves what she does and that she genuinely cares about her clients & getting the best possible results for them. I had wanted to do laser hair removal for ages but wanted to go to a place I could trust. I came to Kat for my underarms and upper lip area and she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable in her cute little shop. Kat goes above and beyond for her clients! I wasn’t sure laser hair removal would work for me as I have PCOS, after 9 sessions the treated areas have improved so much for me! I was amazed when I looked at my before and after images. I came in last week for my first laser tattoo removal session with Kat (having had 2 previous sessions elsewhere)! Kat was super informative about the process and I ended up learning tonnes of information about the process and what was happening to my body during and after the laser process! You can tell that Kat is super proud, informed, and loves what she does, and doesn’t just do it for the money, hence why, when she found out I had recently come off short-term antibiotics, she didn’t want to proceed with treatment that day and instead proceeded to do a small test patch to see if my skin was photosensitive after them! Luckily it was all good and I managed to have my session the following week (today) which only lasted 10 minutes (and I have a rather large tattoo on my forearm).Her machine is super quick and advanced, and she is amazingly cautious and informative about what strength she is doing and why. Considering all of this, it was super surprising that she charges considerably less than my previous place and I will be sure to recommend her friendly face and amazing talent to anyone who wants to erase their ink! Plus you get 50% off your first session which I found out at payment time, who wouldn’t want that? Xx thank you Kat xx

Kat is incredible at what she does! For years I have suffered with pcos and had excessive hair growth particularly on my face and after just a few sessions this is already more manageable, I have seen such an improvement. So I've had a little stick and poke on my wrist for years, big mistake made when I was younger but have always been to scared to have it removed. Finally plucked up the courage due to pursuing a job role that would make it difficult to hide and found erasing ink. I honestly cannot believe I didn't get this done sooner, each session took seconds and could barely feel a thing!!! I've only had 3 sessions and that might even be the last one. I've been having laser hair removal with Kat at erasing ink, I can honestly say that I am now on my 4th treatment and the hair is almost gone! Kat did explain that everyone is different and I may need more than 6 treatments but the results so far are amazing. Kat is lovely and welcoming, I was put at ease and the treatment was thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend this service and will be returning for laser skin rejuvenation and thread vein removal soon.

I started using erasing ink about 2 years ago and have been amazed by the results. I had some work that wasn't up to standard and had been done in odd ways using combinations of colours without my knowledge. This made the work somewhat drawn out but Kat has been immensely patient and has explained each stage of the process. I have two tattoos one which has 95% gone and the other is around 70%; the removal of my tattoos isn't over yet but I am astounded by how well they progress between our appointments which are now months apart. I've never felt rushed or pressured from day one with time tester. I always feel welcomed and valued. It is clear to me that my appointments are based on me, how my body responds to the treatment and my schedule not on getting customers through the door. I'll continue to recommend Kat to my friends, family and anyone else looking to either remove or tone down ink prior to cover ups. For anyone wondering; it doesn't hurt any more than getting a tattoo and is over a lot quicker. Location is good too, easy for access and you'll always be guaranteed a smile and a good chat.

I finally took the plunge to get laser hair removal and I’m so grateful for choosing Kat and Erasing Ink. Everything has been explained clearly. All my questions of the procedure and what to expect being answered. I’ve had a few sessions and looking forwards to my next one. Kat makes you feel like you’re chilling with a friend even when you’re being zapped away by the Lynton laser. (Which I thought would hurt a lot more. But it’s minimal) Definitely would recommend - the professional service provided and the epic scented candles! Place always smells amazing!

I had an unfortunate tattoo in Cantonese which was dedicated to an ex. When I entered a new relationship i thought it was the right thing to do to get it removed. Having researched the local area I decided on using Erasing Ink in Preston. My first visit was just an enquiry as to how it all worked, cost and timescales etc. I was given a completely honest assessment of how many treatments I was likely to need, and all costings. I commenced treatment and from the start Kat and the staff all.put me at ease. Kat is the person using the laser and all care and precautions required are adhered to. The 1st treatment is a test patch to see if all goes well and from then on I attended every 6 to 8 weeks, and every time you could see an improvement. My tattoo is as good as invisible now, you can see it in the pictures on here, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. More than anything the professionalism, honesty and care was out of this world and I would not hesitate recommend Erasing Ink to anyone Nigel Thompson
