Service was fab!! Went in there for my second piercing (ear). The lady was lovely and very competent (clearly knows what she’s doing). Spent ages on the piercing and checked making sure it was in the right place. Would go back there, had heard good reviews and I’m glad I visited there!!

I recently had some piercings done and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Serena was so friendly and professional - I told her I was a bit nervous and she made sure I knew what she was doing and what the next stage would be the whole time. She had plenty of jewelery for me to choose from and was able to advise me on what might look best. She went through all the after case with me and said to call if I had any issues. I'd definitely recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else should I want another piercing!

I googled 'nose piercing near me' and read the reviews of several shops. I visited the shop on Thursday (23/2) to check things out and to meet the manager, Serena. I returned the day after to have my nose pierced. Cleanliness and hygiene are excellent and Serena is friendly and puts you at ease as well as being confident and very experienced. I am very pleased that I found this place and I am very happy with my piercing.

Had my septum pierced there after having it pierced in the wrong place for years by somewhere else, and the woman there repierced it in the right place and it barely hurt, my eyes didn't water, didn't bleed! And even hours after it doesn't really hurt. Plus I love the fact that she took the time to aim for the right spot to pierce it and the equipment used was sterile and perfect. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing. Highly recommended! Great customer service too.

Went here for my first piercing a little over a week ago. I was given sound advice by the technician, and she put me at ease while she did the deed. Needle-only zone, no piercing guns in sight! High quality titanium piercings used for all jobs, great hygiene. No complications a week on, but it's a cartilage piercing, so it's got a while to go yet.

We popped in without an appointment hoping to buy new jewellery for our recently pierced ears. I’d previously chosen something far to big,against Serenas advice. She works alone & if she’s piercing a customer at the back of the shop can’t always come to answer immediately. After just a short wait we were able to choose what we wanted & Serena kindly changed my jewellery as I’ve not yet mastered this art! This lady is amazing, very knowledgeable & very patient. We are very happy with our piercings & will be returning ( with an appointment) very soon for more!

All piercings have gone well, never had any issues, and affordable. Very lovely, professional team working here, never feel judged, can have a laugh when you go in. I went for a tragus piercing and helix but unfortunately my piercing from years ago hadn't healed so couldn't pierce it. Serena was so amazing and we ended up doing a conch instead and she even went back through an old piercing that I thought was long healed to make sure I could pop jewelry in it. She was so helpful when it came to aftercare and really patient when I took an age to choose my jewelry! Really professional and friendly service, will definitely be going back!

I have had several piercing at Ozone. They are friendly and offer great advice. Their customer care is excellent. They even helped me out when I had a bad piercing from another shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and highly recommend them to anyone.
