Mu daughter had her ears pierced today and the service was brilliant. She was nervous but the two ladies who looked after her were really good with her and made her feel comfortable. She's so pleased with her new earrings!

I popped in today to get my nose pierced as a 40th birthday present to myself. I first rang to check they do walk in appointments (they do), then turned up, filled in a quick form and got my piercing. All within about 5 minutes! Staff were very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be using them again. I think a scaffold piercing next... :D

I Had my piercing done here a little while ago and I absolutely love it! The lady was so lovely and I felt super comfortable! She was great! Quick and painless. I was in and out within 10 mins! Was Great for my busy day! Will be coming back soon for some jewellery! I’ve had no issues with my piercing what so ever!

Got my ears pierced here two weeks ago here. The place was really clean and sanitary, it was calm and quiet. I was really nervous, it was my first piercing but it was fine. Hurt a bit, but not a huge amount. Although one still hurts a fair bit they’ve healed up nice and the heart earrings I chose are just gorgeous!!

Popped in on the recommendation of a local high street jeweller for piercing advice for my 12 year old daughter. The team were warm and friendly and the salon is spotlessly clean and hygienic. I filled out the appropriate paperwork and they did the piercing then and there. Very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. I highly recommend Claudia's and will happily return in the future.

I called Claudia this morning to enquire about ear piercing for my 3 year old. Claudia was so warm over the telephone and told us to drop in at anytime. We went this afternoon and had the perfect experience. The salon is clean and modern and the staff all friendly and welcoming. Claudia was brilliant with my little girl and the piercing was done with Claudia and a colleague doing an ear each simultaneously. My little girl felt relaxed throughout and after a few short-lived tears from the shock of the gun (as expected) she was so happy to finally have them done! The lolly pop for afterwards went down well too- thanks! Aftercare advice was clearly written down on a leaflet with the cleaning solution in a bag. Thanks Claudia for your time and expertise today. I have one very happy three year old! 😊 I would thoroughly recommend Claudia for anyone, young or old, wanting a piercing 😊.

Claudia & Todd are both lovely, friendly & welcoming. Always have my eyebrows done with Claudia and have had many piercings with both Claudia and Todd. Been going for years now and never been disappointed! Claudia always gets me in even if she’s really busy. I’ve had my nose pierced there and regularly get my eyebrows done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s fantastic. The shop itself is lovely and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Went in for daith piercing as suffer with migraines daily, and nose piercing. Was really nervous as though daith would really hurt. To find it hardly hurt. It’s been nearly a week, no migraines and no pain at all from piercing. Had hoop and it’s super easy to clean.
