Staff were lovely and kind, service was super quick and piercing has been healing great. The chap who did my piercing was really nice and chatty and friendly and really put me at ease (I wasn't even that nervous). Only issue was that the prices on the board didn't reflect what I paid but luckily I had enough cash on me (cash only payments for piercing) but I think the boards just need updating so not a huge problem. Will definitely go again.

My daughter has had all of her piercings done here and I can't recommend it enough! Andy who does the piercings is so lovely and instantly puts you at ease, he talks you through everything he's doing in such a calm and relaxing manner. I wouldn't go to anywhere else!

I took my twin daughters along today to have their belly buttons pierced which they've been excited about getting done for some time, they were abit nervous but went through with it. I was really impressed with Andy, he was so good with them and talked through the process so they knew what to expect. Afterwards as we were just leaving the piercing room, the pair of them both fainted, well he was fantastic with them, he basically caught them both and lowered them to the floor, he sat with them and reassured them until they were right again. I thought he was fantastic. I can't recommend him enough. If they have anything else done, I won't hesitate to bring them back.

Absolutely amazing place.. I toke my daughter to have her ears pierced for the first time to another place who had no patients what so ever so she ended up leaving very upset without them done.. we walked into this place and the amount of patients and care thay gave her was out of this world she walked away very happy and relaxed after having them done..

I went to get a single helix piercing and lobes (pair) done here with a friend. In terms of cleanliness the place is tidy and clean, staff are friendly however the wait was slightly long as our appointment was at 2pm but did not get in until 2.20. The staff member who was doing our piercing was friendly however it should be mentioned that telling customers different studs are priced higher is necessary. My friend chose a diamante stud and got unknowingly charged higher than myself who chose plain studs. Overall, the piercings are exactly what we wanted and we are both satisfied, but more information was necessary on pricing and healing, I would consider going again due to affordability.

Had 3 piercings done here today belly button, and both nipples, very pleasant staff, very clean and sterile environment. Andy carried out all piercings and was professional, made me feel comfortable and it was alot less painful than I thought. He talked me through the whole process and reassured me and talked me though the after care. The fact he respected my privacy and dignity by locking the door was also something that showed his professionalism. Would definately recommend and will use again for future piercing.

Absolutely fantastic customer service was brillant, went to have my nose pierced and my lil one was asleep and she offered to watch my lil one. The person who done my nose fantastic made me feel at eased when he proceeded to stud my nose. Clean enviroment lovely front desk staff and track and trace app. Would recommend.....over again and parking is available in hanley shopping centre so very local indeed.

The man who did the piercings was very friendly, he told me everything that was going to happen as well as that he was professional. The rest of the staff were also friendly. Just a note that when I called in for an appointment there was a lot of background noise on the phone which made it hard to hear but it wasn't really a problem. A very good place to go.

Myself and friends had our nipples pierced here and the piercer was amazing! Talked us through the whole experience and then had normal conversations with us during the process to keep our minds at ease! The ladies on front desk and hair salon were so sweet to talk to, they made sure we were made comfortable while waiting. Cant reccomend this place any more for any of your procedures xx

I've been here twice for help with piercings I already have, and both times the guy has been an absolute pro. So helpful, friendly, non-judgemental about my fiddly jewellery, just all around amazing. The first time I went to get my daith piercing changed for a ring, he was helpful, talked me through his process so I knew exactly what he was doing, warned me in advance if I could expect any discomfort, and gave me clear instructions for aftercare. It was like having it done by a doctor - totally reassuring and professional. Also did not charge me! The second time a ball fell off the back of one of my piercings and he fixed it for me in seconds. Again, he didn't charge me. Everything is clean and sterile, you can tell your safety is a priority for them. I plan to get all future piercings done here for as long as I live in Stoke. All of the staff are friendly, joking around with you while you wait, but the piercer is an absolute professional, I highly recommend :)

Got my nose pierced here, whole experience was relaxed, comfortable and quick. The space was very hygienic. Guy was really friendly and talked me through the whole thing. Will definitely be coming back for another.

What you read on reviews is 100% accurate. I was by myself for a septum piercing and the piercer was so nice and reassuring throughout. He did a great job and even gave me a leaflet on the aftercare for it, would definitely recommend.

Andy is an excellent piercer, I have been to him several times to get pierced and I have had no problems. Before the actual piercing takes place he explains what the process involves along with reassuring you that you are in good hands and that everything is sterilised to the highest quality. The jewellery he uses is top quality and no issues ever arise with the equipment/ jewellery he uses. Andy always has a warming smile on his face and makes you feel like a valued customer, every time I come to get a piercing I look forward to seeing him as he makes me laugh and have a nice chat. Overall, the piercing experience is outstanding, high quality at a low price which is what you want! I cannot fault Andy he is great!

First time visit here to get my forward helix pierced. Andy was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure in detail and was very calm so made me feel calm and in good hands. Have had a few piercings here. Staff are friendly and courteous, always offering support and advice. They even offered advice for a piercing which they did 2 months prior (on me wanting to change the bar). They're very patient when piercing children's ears and will only do so when the child is ready.

The staff is friendly, I got my nose piercing done here, but the piercer used a gun ? I realised that just after my piercing was done, please go to a 'professional' who will do your piercing with a needle !
