B. s.had my belly button pierced here and it was fantastic - I was very nervous about getting it done but the piercer was so kind and didn’t rush me and took her time and was very patient with me and was so so kind. I will definitely going there for my future piercings!! 5 stars for sure.

I’m a quite anxious person and have high anxiety but the staff were just sooo nice and I really appreciate it!! They did a great job (with a needle!! Which was way better than what Claire’s do with a gun!) I was very happy and they gave lots of tips!

s.got my nostril and septum pierced in the swindon branch a few days ago! they were my first piercings i've had here and my third and fourth in general (counting my ear ones as two seperate piercings). the piercer and staff were very kind and helpful (even when i bled everywhere). thank you <3
D. M.My 10 year old daughter had wanted her ears pierced for a while but was equally nervous. I chose Blue Banana because of the good reviews online, and really pleased I did.
We were greated by a lovely lady on the tills who talked through the process and happily answered our questions. She asked my daughter to choose her earrings, so straight away she felt special and included. We booked a time to come back and received a text to let us know to come for our appointment. We met Chelsea who was friendly, calming and reassuring, and she explained every step of the process to my daughter. Although my daughter had a few tears, Chelsea was brilliant with her. I thought the after care purse and follow up email were great Customer Service. I'm so pleased I chose Blue Banana, and would highly recommend to anyone. Great service and staff. Thank you.
