I've had around 20 piercings over 15 years from people all over Swindon and I have never felt as comfortable as I did at Trinity Collective. Everyone was really welcoming when I arrived, the piercer sat me down and asked what I wanted and where. When she marked up my ear she made sure I checked and double checked the placement and made sure I was happy with it. When she started the piercing, she told me to take deep breaths and communicated with me throughout. When she was done, we sat and chatted for a while so she could make sure I was ok. Was the most chilled piercing I've ever had and it has healed really well (I've had the same piercing done by someone else before and I had had take it out as it didn't heal well) All the staff there are lovely and I haven't been able to stop going back. Its such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere there, I actually feel really comfortable going in! Already have another piercing booked in and have a tattoo booked in for next week with Gem too! Can't wait!

I have gotten nearly all my tattoos done by Gem here as her art work is amazing and she's never made a mistake with my tattoos, and now I go here for all my piercings. I've had my smiley and dimples pierced here and the piercer spent her time to make sure they were positioned perfectly and that I was happy and she was calm and collect through out and reassured me. She also gave me great after care and was kind enough to contact me the next day to check how my piercings were healing.

Cannot praise Megan enough for my nose piercing! I involuntarily shake around any needles and she made me feel super calm and even with the movement she managed to get the piercing in without any issues! I'm very pleased ❤️
