Had my flat pierced at Salsa yesterday booked by phone and immediately felt warmly welcomed by the lady on the call who had a right laugh with me. The girls in the shop were equally as welcoming and helped us size up jewellery. Chap who pierced my ear (sorry don't know name) again was professional and friendly - he gave very good advice on placement of piercing and it was very apparent that he took great pride in his work. Fab selection of body jewellery for sale in the shop. Would definitely travel from Chester to go again.

I love the shop! Stocks everything I need at a reasonable price - this trip I'd lost my nose stud on the journey and needed to get one quick. Got exactly what I needed within 5mins, no need to linger! My sister had her ears pierced and commented to me how professional the piercer was and how quickly it was - even though she was nervous she enjoyed the process! I always go back to visit and have never had a poor experience.

Great little shop, with really excellent service. Walked-in to ask about the possibility of some re-piercings and they fit me in within fifteen minutes. Professional set-up with very friendly staff. There's a good selection of jewellery and more available behind the counter too, if you ask.

Very nice shop with beautiful staff. Everyone was welcoming friendly and sweet. Got my septum today and am very pleased with everything. The price is absolutely fine, the lady who did the piercing was the sweetest, calmest person and made me so comfortable. Thank you!

Called in to ask about a item, I had to wait while they were finishing their conversation, then when I was finally dealt with, the person came across as totally bored, or just couldn't be arsed. Everyone has there own experience, this was mine, they have a lovely clean shop but the customer service is a bit poor.

Visited the shop on Saturday with my 9year old daughter whilst she had her ears pierced, made the experience for my child enjoyable and very reassuring as my daughter was a little nervous, all went very well all smiles and no tears, very nice lady did the piercings and very helpful staff.

Absolutely great! When I wanted to get a piercing they gave me an appointment just an hour later, the staff and piercer were so lovely, walked me through all the details of the piercing and aftercare thouroughly. The piercer was very professional and once the piercing was healed they checked that everything healed up the way it was supposed to. Loads of variety for the piercing jewelery and super quality! For me it was a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend it. Price was also very reasonable for the great service provided. Will definetly go back for all my piercing needs :) Huge shoutout to the friendly staff!

This shop has been a staple of Warrington for years 👍👍 Possibly THE best piercer in northwest if not further afield, over 10 years she's been piercing and she pierces all areas 😯. Shop sells loads of quirky stuff from crystal to bongs. Recommended 😎👍👍👍👍👍
