I've been looking to get my first tattoo since I was 15 - I'm definitely not that young anymore - but I've been nervous on a number of levels the whole time. I'd spent a long time looking for the best place to have my first tattoo and eventually came across Watford Tattoo. Redd and the team at Watford Tattoo put me at ease straight away throughout the entire process from the original consultation, the design process and the aftercare. The original design and artistry by Redd is incredible and easily surpassed all of my expectations. I was made to feel incredibly comfortable on the day by the whole team - massive thanks to Jordan and Jay as well! Fully appreciate the endless tea and increasing sugar as well. My experience was so good that I've booked in to have my second tattoo only three weeks after having my first one!

The staff were absolutely lovely and I felt really welcomed and looked after. I took a while to decide which septum ring I wanted as she had so much choice! Sophie was so lovely to me, and did the actual piercing very quickly and efficiently so I didn’t feel too much at all! Fantastic place! Cheerfully greeting and felt relaxed as soon as i entered the place. Got my ear lobes re-pierced. Luka was great and talked through each step, prepared me for well he actually pierced my ear lobes. The receptionist is lovely and bubbly. Already had a tattoo done there last year. What can I say about this business. We were walk in appointments they were able to accommodate. They were professional, helpful and experienced. They certainly knew what they were talking about when helping finalise our designs. They were friendly and we had a really good giggle throughout. The place was clean and tidy and made us feel safe. From the enquiry on WhatsApp through to the end result, they were nothing but friendly and helpful! Full day tattoo session with Redd, who never stops, she’s a machine :) (lot of full day sessions in other shops I have been finish with couple of 30 minutes breaks, and end of the day you’ve spent 4 hours being really tattooed, real tattoo time this time was 6-7 hours). Artists skills in this shop, are really good, team cares about its customers, and everyone from receptionist to tattoo artists will make sure you’re ok and satisfied. Started in time, and finished when tattoo was finished (didn’t hear anything like, haaa we will have to book another session to finish you know, it’s a big piece etc... and force you to come back, and next time will be same etc...). Happy customer, happy it’s a new beautiful tattoo! Highly recommended !!

My partner and I got tattoos here a few days ago and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel extremely comfortable. Tea, coffee, and water was offered within seconds of us walking in. Lewis was our tattoo artist and he was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Watford tattoo! I was tattooed by Jay with a day session consisting of 5 tattoos to start my sleeve. Will definitely be going back to finish off the rest of my arm! Jay is so gentle with his tattooing, he stays focused and listens to what you want and gives his professional opinion on what would look best!
