They were here in 1 minute, drove me to work waited for me and drove me back home. Lovely friendly driver I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my colleagues.

The taxi driver themself was lovely and got us there bob on, but the customer service on the phone came across as blunt and a bit rude.

Every experience I have had with Coastal Cars has been positive. Their drivers are safe and friendly and go above and beyond. And their app is great. I have been able to use it to book without any problems. I haven't tried it on a weekend night, but I would definitely recommend them.

Taxis arrive on time and sometimes very late even prebooked cars. Never seem to have many drivers on.

Brilliant service. When I needed to get to Furness General urgently at 1am, other taxi firms said they'd need at least an hour to get a car to me. Coastal C had a car at my house in under 10 minutes and sped me to the hospital in time to see my mum before she passed away. The driver was really nice and friendly too. On the way back home later that night I had another great driver from Coastal, so sympathetic and kind. Many thanks, Coastal Cars, you did me a brilliant service last night and I'll never forget it.

A huge shout out to this company, especially a very special lady Sara. This wonderful lady had to drive us to the vets to have our out dog put to sleep. Her empathy and understanding made things a lot easier and was like a good friend. Cost was so reasonable. Will not consider using any other taxi service in Barrow. Coastal Cars every time for me.
