We contacted VIP a last minute, long distance drive(2.5h) and were really pleased with the service very helpful driver with spacious clean minibus very comfortable and smell so amazing like holiday 🥰 Good value. We asked them to bring back again and we definitely recommend this company if you want to travel in gorgeous comfortable vehicle.

Excellent service, we’ve used VIP for our airport runs, and cannot find fault. A warm welcome, immaculate vehicles, Always on time and communication is great, there’s even bottled water for us each way. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again for future holidays. 5*

We booked VIP Taxis for our airport transfer to/from Glasgow Airport. Our driver was Jaz and when he arrived his car had very clearly just been cleaned and the inside appeared freshly valeted. He insisted on loading our cases from the front door and told us just go and sit in the car and relax, he even made sure to do the last minute double check of "you have your passport and tickets?". When we arrived at the airport Jaz went to retrieve a suitcase trolley for us and loaded it all up. He explained clearly where we would be picked up from and ensured he had our return flight number to track us on the way back. We were only to get in touch if there was any major delays of 5 hours+ On return home, we only had to let Jaz know when we were at bag collection and he would drive in as he was already parked just outside Glasgow airport waiting on us. Once again the car was immaculate and he insisted on loading up the cases. His driving was fantastic and his professionalism is something which should be the envy of other private hire drivers. This all contributed to a very stress free start and end to our holiday. Absolute quality of service to the highest order. Cannot wait to use the service again. Amazing service and staff, since VIP Taxis has came to falkirk I havent used anyone else.
