S. D.Tried booking a taxi online on Christmas eve for pickup at Bedford station. It didn't seem very confirmed so I wasn't surprised when I turned up and it wasn't there. I had rang several times to try and check but got no answer. Luckily when I got to the station they answered and had a new car to the station in under two minutes, and also charged time and a half when everyone else was doing double.
