Driver arrived quickly. Was very polite. Got me safely to my destination! But going back the driver drove to the wrong place and phoned me to say he was outside I was looking for him but couldn’t find him. That got my anxiety going. I had to explain again where I was.

Very good service. Collected from Luton Airport at booked time, very courteous driver. He chatted to us during the drive to Jurys Inn Milton Keynes. I particularly appreciated that he did not have the radio on or spent time chatting on his mobile in a different language. Customer service: I spoke to two different people; one when I booked a taxi and the other when I asked to track the location of the taxi because it arrived slightly late. Both of them were professional and very friendly. Good job! The driver: the guy was very friendly and helpful. He helped me with my heavy suitcase and his car was clean and comfortable. Well done!

Normally a great service, however this last trip the driver slammed on the breaks many a time making me jump out of my seat. He apologised each time he did it but I’d like to think she’s an experienced enough driver to not almost slam into the car in front and anticipate a roundabout correctly.

They have a problem with the app but it is a good service when it works. you often have to wait for a long time before a driver is assigned and you have no idea how long it will take for the car to arrive. Also you can't do return journeys as it only takes the first trip on the app when you book a taxi. I have always used skyline and will continue to do so

I use skyline taxis all the time whenever I need a taxi. They are always on time and have had no issues with them whatsoever. However today I booked a taxi with Skyline and I asked if they would take someone else home after I was dropped off to which the driver yes but be an extra £2 which I had no problem with whatsoever and I specifically told the driver I was paying by card and he said okay. But then he said he was finished my journey and I said can you drop this person off I did say I was paying by card and they said oh no it’s cash only or you need to book another driver. I am appalled with this service and wish to make an official complaint about this driver because he said it was okay for them to be dropped off when I said it’s okay I’ll pay on card as I didn’t have cash on me! It is disgusting how I was treated! They are lucky I gave them a 3!

First time I used this company today. I downloaded their app and booked through there. Skyline kept me informed as to when their driver was on the way and had arrived. He was on time, the car was spotless and the driver was friendly and helpful. I linked my debit card to the app and recieved a receipt immediately on my phone. I will most definitely be using them again and highly recommend.

I booked a taxi for a job interview, it was 15 minutes late. The driver apologized however it still proved to be an unreliable service. Won't be using again. Decent prices though.

Always prompt, and very polite and friendly. The automated text updates are reassuring to know it’s all under control aswell. I can’t imagine controlling a fleet of cars with a such a varying and changeable demand is a simple affair but they do it as well as I have encountered. The best taxi service in Bedford in my opinion. I have always found the drivers very kind and accomodating. Nice and clear pricing. You can book either by phone or app. The only thing is that you can’t book with the app from abroad or at least I didn’t manage...would be this something that could be improved?

Happy to recommend, the app is very user friendly... and for people who occasionally need picking up slightly out of the area as this company isn't just local tou still get the same excellent service... Sadly a 2 hour wait to be picked up from Apsley Guise doesn't work... this company more like 10 minutes!! Thank you Skyline x
