Used this service for the first time today and I will definitely be using him again. Paul was very helpful and friendly and the vehicle is customised for transporting wheelchair passengers safely and efficiently. He took all the stress out of the trip. If you're taking a disabled person for the Covid vaccination, especially at the Ulster Hospital, make your life easy and give Paul a call. Top class.

Very friendly and helpful service. Answered my queries before booking, confirmed the booking by text immediately and again about 45mins before due which was reassuring for my aunt who is a wheelchair user. Arrived promptly and made sure my Aunt's chair was securely fastened and then was also able to put a 3 point seat belt around her. He waited for us at the clinic and brought us home. Couldn't have gone better - thank you so much. I'm happy to recommend without reservation.

Paul has always shown to provide a very reliable service. Always on time and will text to say he is on his way. The wheelchair taxi is always so very clean and have felt very safe travelling in it. If you need a wheelchair taxi, Paul is your first and last stop. He bent over backwards to accommodate our needs at very short notice and the service was second to none. An 8 seater minibus is available with wheelchair access. The car is spacious and very comfortable for the wheelchair user., but Paul's professionalism and friendliness really sets him apart. Taxi is available for airport transfers, Game of Thrones and Belfast Tours and Antrim Coast Road tours. Couldn't recommend Paul highly enough.

After being told by fonacab and valuecab that you couldn't prebook wheelchair taxis and to call back the morning of, they both informed me this morning that they didnt have any cars available. In a panic I began ringing round all the companies I could think of. After no luck I turned to Google and spoke to these lovely people. Extremely helpful, punctual and communication was excellent as it was an airport pick up. Couldn't be happier and will definitely use again.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. I had an issue booking a taxi for customer in an electric wheelchair to get into the city centre. I tried all the big taxi companies and none would help. The gentleman couldn’t have been more helpful even though he was busy he went out of his way to get us organised.
