Prompt and friendly phone service and taxi arrived on time. My driver was really friendly too, and the fare to the airport from the east was reasonable. Would definitely use their service again.

Left waiting for over 1.5hrs on a taxi we had booked for 12.10am with another firm (😡) who continually said you are next on the list! At 2am one of the drivers from Eastside stopped to check we were ok, phoned his depot for us and was able to organise a taxi! To say we were happy was an understatement. Thanks so much to this driver (didn’t get his name) for having the consideration to stop and check. We need more people like you in the world. Thank you so much, Lynne 😊

Excellent service, phone operators couldn't be more helpful or nice.

Various taxi companies have fancy apps and hundreds of drivers, yet you can never get one when needed, and when you do, require a mortgage to pay the fare and also provide the drivers with directions. Eastside is reliable, with friendly local drivers and importantly these days, fair prices. Delete your apps and give them a call!

These guys did a Dublin airport run for us. Ivor picked us up promptly, got us to the airport with time to spare and entertained us with great conversation the whole way from Belfast to Dublin. Top service and we will definitely use them again

Our taxi driver picked up 3 ladies at the Conswater shopping centre to the Premier Inn n in the Cathedral quarter..there was a fire in a nearby hotel to ours. He went to such lengths to get us there. Such a gentleman. He is a credit to your company. I should have got his name. We were three ladies from The South.

Always use Eastside , drivers and operators always very pleasant.
