Have used this service for 20 years, and the drivers are friendly and professional. However if you want a cab for a particular time don't expect them to turn up at that time. In recent times I have booked well in advance or given at least an hours notice and taxi has not turned up on time. When I have rang and asked where my taxi is I have been told we are extremely busy. Why not say that at the time of booking or ring customer who have booked in advance to inform them of this. Good if you have time to wait, use another company for pre bookings.

I have used these for years they are always on time ,friendly ,helpful and charge very fair fares. They give you honest wait times. They turn up before booked time just to make sure you get to your destination on time , so really perfect all round taxi firm.

Had excellent service today from both drivers we had. Both arrived quickly helped me with my walker (I have a broken leg/ ankle) and made sure I got in the car safely. Both very friendly and polite would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Use these as my regular taxi company. They always turn up 5-10 minutes before stated time to make sure they are not late , they charge very fair rates compared to the other companies I have called and in the few instances traffic has conspired to make them late I have got accurate and honest assessments of the time the taxi is likely to arrive. Hard to fault the service really.

Excellent service and very friendly, helpful drivers. I needed a pick-up from A and E after an accident at work. The driver, Mr. Mohammed Hanif, was friendly and courteous and made sure I got home safely. My workplace, a primary school, uses this firm daily. I can definitely recommend them.
