B. A.We ordered a taxi from the bus station to the airport and it was the best taxi service we’ve ever had - no exaggeration. Was scheduled easily online with pickup only taking 1hr from time of booking, and I was quickly contacted by the driver to make sure they had the right size vehicle. My wife uses a wheelchair and the driver really made them and myself very comfortable all along the way. No fuss about fitting luggage in, or unpacking, and checking in to make sure we were okay and happy with everything.
Truly couldn’t recommend them enough, will be using whenever we come back up to Birmingham,
1.We used the taxi service for our New Year’s Eve night out. Pick up was done promptly on time , we wanted to cancel the drop back cab as we finished the dinner earlier than planned. They cancelled the cab and promptly did the refund for this prepaid round trip, it was totally hassle free.

I received a confirmation from the driver a few days before my pickup and he let me know he would be tracking my flight. Once I landed and picked up my bag, I called the driver and he told me where to meet him. I was in the car within a few minutes and had a pleasant ride home. L.First time I've used Brumtaxis for our holiday, booking a return transfer to the airport for 5 people, including two children. They asked for all our flight info so they could monitor the returning flight home. All I can say is that it was a truly excellent service.
I cannot fault the driver, very courteous and friendly. The taxi arrived in the early hours, as requested, and he sent a text let us know he was outside and ready when we were. 10 days later, as soon as our plane landed, I got a text saying our taxi would be ready once we collected our bags. The taxi even beat us to the to the quick drop off car park outside the terminal! I will never use another company for my Airport transfers. They made my transfers very stress free. Thank you
