I hired these chaps for my wedding transport. They were on time, really nice and did a good job. All I would say is they werr slow to answer the phone when I was arranging it, so I got the the mobile number of the main man before I did the journey and that worked well. The taxis also werent black vehicles as shown on the website - they were normal taxis. Great value for money though om the whole. I would recommend!

Great communication before picking us up. Due to our stupidity, the lovely driver had to drive us back to the pick up point to collect some tickets, this was not a problem for him, he was quick and gave us some tips about the area. He was just as helpful and accommodating for the return journey. We will use Birmingham taxis next time we're in the area.

Birmingham Taxis are just amazing! My brother had a stroke last year, he started back to work . We had to look for a taxi firm . I am so glad I found Birmingham taxis, they have been excellent in their service , with my brother, he's been allocated one driver , my brother has formed a friendship with the driver. The driver arrived early for our airport transfer, which is always the most nerve wracking part of hiring a taxi at 4am. I did have an issue with the driver but Arshid in the office resolved this very promptly & to my satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but it's how you respond & react to those mistakes that determine who you are & they did a good job on providing a good level of customer service. Would use in the future.

I called and asked for a cab from Birmingham to London 23.30 and the cab was there 23.40. Very clean car and a very nice driver, and the guy at the booking was polite and helpful. If im going to Birmingham again im gonna use this company. 10 out of 10 Cheers from Norway

We used Birmingham Taxis for our travel during a three day conference for our staff. Taxis that were pre-booked were always on time and those ordered on the spot would arrive within 5-10 minutes. When asked our staff how they would rate the taxi service, 69% rated it excellent and 31% rated it good. None rated it ‘fairly good’ or ‘poor’. One or two of the taxis could use a little tlc, but overall we received a reliable, efficient and friendly service and we would look to use them again for future conferences.

My exhaust pipe split in two in Morrisons car park (A45), so I called Birmingham Taxis for a ride to the train station in order to get back home (70 miles away). I told the driver about my exhaust as we were driving and he insisted that we go back and try to fix it, rather than have me leave my car in the car park until my return to Birmingham a couple of days later. We did end up managing to repair it well enough that I could drive home that night. Driver 3 did me a massive favour and reminded me that there are still some good people left in this world.
