Every little detail was cared for down to confirmations and on the day help too , I went with bouden coach travel to DORSET trip it was amazing very clean and comfortable coaches all drivers was very polite and professional turned up on time and the coaches had plenty of space for us to travel with our luggage and the beach stuff , because that much satisfied and happy Made me book again after 2 weeks time to BOURNEMOUTH trip , I have spoke to a lovely lady which who I made my booking with (MONISHA) she was AMAZING! Top drawer service from Bouden's. From start to finish, the customer service was impeccable, even despite the numerous postponements and reschedulings due to COVID restrictions. The team couldn't do enough to help and never pushed for confirmation when the trip looked in doubt. Ultimately the booking went ahead and Bouden's staff were in contact throughout the day to ensure everything went as expect. The coaches provided were of high quality and the drivers were most friendly and accommodating, especially regarding changes to pick up time and location. Would highly recommend.

Bouden travel coaches is by far the best coach service in the whole of Birmingham. Recently went to Dorset and the times they arrived at the locations for pickup was perfect and the service of dropping us to our destination was 10 out of 10 most coaches are brand new ,comfy and have a usb plug next to my seat .This was not the first time however, every time we go through Bouden travel coaches they are consistent and efficient with their service which is why i would never choose another company. First time travelling with this company and thought the service would reflect the cheap price of a day trip to Bournemouth. I have travelled with many companies and was always left disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism. I couldn't have been more wrong!!! Nothing but pure professionalism from booking the trip a few days before departure to the actual day itself. The staff that I spoke to (Manisha) showed nothing but professionalism whilst booking my tickets and answered my concerns about social distancing with the upmost professionalism. On the day the coach driver was pleasant and treated everyone with respect whilst upholding the value of the company itself. The coach ride there was extremely comfortable and a joy. Once in Bournemouth the driver notified us what time the coach would depart from Bournemouth and to be back on time. The weather was cloudy but still muggy and warm, can't complain as this is England and the British weather is very bipolar 🤪😜🤪 it didn't rain, thunder or hail so that's a bonus. Definitely value for money and will be booking for future adventures once this Lockdown is fully lifted. Thank you for a great day and look forward to creating many more memories.

I have had the pleasure to deal with Bouden Coach travel for several journeys including the most recent to Scotland for my Sports team. I have found Hannah my sales rep very friendly and accommodating, the coaches to be of high quality and exceptional standard and the drivers have some serious skills our last receiving a round of applause from the entire travelling party for his tight manoeuvring. The price is better than other local coach companies and the comparison in quality and service to our last coach service is 5 Star. Always on time for pick up and drop off. I cannot recommend this company enough for any travel requirement you may have.

Excellent service ! Beautiful and clean minibus with excellent air conditioning and comfortable leather seats for 8 of us to our trip to the belfry! The driver was on time and was already waiting for us for our return home which was great service. Not only this but the quotation was an excellent price and beat other competitors quotes by a long way. Communications are quick and responsive and booking is really simple and easy to do online. I had never used bouden before however I certainly will do again. All guests to the event we were going to complemented the service of travel we received. Will use and recommend again

Excellent service from start to finish. Booking was easy and the booking staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. We upgraded our booking based on the information provided but at no point did they push the upgrade. The day before travel I was provided with driver details and a contact number. Our driver was super friendly. Arrived on time joined in some of the general chat during the journey. He was very courteous, asked to divert when the traffic became bad which was appreciated as we were always aware of what was happening. First time using Bouden Coach Travel and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing service we were given at the weekend from Boudens. Our coach was booked from Barrow upon Soar to take us to Liverpool for a friends 50th birthday celebrations. The coach arrived on time, the drive was great and we had a brilliant journey. I had to call the out of hours on Sunday as I wanted to change the pick up address. I was told to send an email so that it could be forwarded to the driver. Again the coach arrived at the new pick up point on time and the driver was chatty, friendly and looked after us on our return journey. Bouden coach travel helped to organise a Nationwide logistical piece for a charity event taking place at Wembley on a very busy weekend of the year, the first of the Summer holidays. In total we had 41 coaches over two days travelling from 21 locations across the UK. Across the two days we had one minor hiccup where a coach broke down in Liverpool. A replacement coach was deployed and they were back on the road within 30 minutes. It was completely seamless and they are a pleasure to work with. We were chopping and changing constantly in the months before and the Bouden couldn't have been more accommodating, especially with keeping things within our budget. Sophie Baugh is absolutely brilliant at what she does and such a joy to chat to on a regular basis - in fact the whole team were great, I called so often and I'm sure they are relieved it's over! I would highly recommend this company and their service and won't hesitate to use them again!

Fantastic service, 19 seater coach picked us up from Eurostar terminal at St Pancras and took us to Cardiff via Newport (4 drop off points). Eurostar passport control was very slow and we were later than anticipated getting out but this was no trouble for Vlad the driver who's customer service was excellent, what a lovely temperament and so helpful with our cases. This company works on good old fashioned service Our trip got off to a small hiccup They let us know 2 hours before there was an issue and had found replacement. Due to bad weather and the worst traffic jams ever in London the driver was running later that expected They did everything they possibly could but we had pick ups and with heavy rain we decided that we might be better making our own way to the venue They could not apologise enough and gave a full refund straight away I would definitely use this company again they where as helpful as I could ever wish, working under the worse possible conditions anyone could have imagined Thank you for all you tried todo you show what real customer service is all about when the chips are down Yours with great respect Sebastian
