I needed a taxi to the airport at 3:30am on a Tuesday, and I was a bit nervous of ending up stranded without a ride after reading so many horrible or mixed reviews on taxi services around Bham. My experience with Broad Street Cars couldn't have been smoother, though, so I figured I'd offer another positive review to help balance out all the negativity online. The operator was really friendly and booking the taxi the night before was a breeze; I received a text confirming the booking that night, as well as in the morning when the taxi was on its way. The driver was extremely punctual, courteous, and professional, and the fare was quite reasonable (comparable to Uber) and consistent with the quote I was given in advance. I very rarely leave reviews, but I really appreciated the service, and it's fair to say I'd go with this company again.

Brilliant service! I phoned in advance for a taxi and was greeted with a very polite operator i explained that there was 8 of us with luggage and we was not too sure about the exact destination we needed to go but with the patience and suggestions from the current operator we was able to find out where we needed to go. They gave us a very good price and i was really surprised that they kept to their word and beat any like for like quote which i was really impressed with! The driver arrived ontime and the was courteous and respectful which was highly appreciated. If we are ever in Birmingham again we would highly recommend using Broad Street Cars!!

My car battery was flat a few hours ago in town. I was stuck and not many helpful people around willing to help. Running out of ideas I decided to call the nearest taxi rank, the operator was so helpful and sent out a call to all the drivers requesting jump leads. 15 minutes a driver turned up with some leads and was very helpful. He spent a good 20 minutes trying jump start my car. In the end the battery was too flat to start so I ended up getting a taxi back home. A massive thanks to the taxi operator and driver for being very very helpful :)

They were really good. When I called I forgot the name of the road our hotel was on but they weren't phased. They said it would be 15 minutes and we're there well inside that at 10.30 on a Saturday night. The driver helped me with my sons wheelchair. The car was clean and smelled good. Would definitely use again on my next visit. Not a bad price either

Excellent Service Thoroughly Recommend Them I was stranded at Birmingham New Street Station at 1 am in the morning. They arrived on time, were polite and courteous. The price quoted was what I paid. The taxi was well presented too. Well Done!!

Absolutely fantastic service and brilliant value for money. Picked up as requested from Hippodrome Birmingham, taxi driver texted me to say to call him when we came out of the theatre, rang him and he appeared and picked us up, could not have been easier!! Travelling back to Stourbridge for 3 passengers and was charged £25. Driver was really lovely too. Thanks very much, will definitely use you again.

Disappointing. I decided to try Broad Street Cars as they were cheaper than my regular taxi company. Book a car for a return journey to the airport. Car was on time for the outward journey but was nowhere to be seen for the return journey. Called them and was told that the driver is on another job and would be with me in 20 minutes. I called the office to complaint and was told that their policy is to add 20 minutes to the requested pick up time from the airport. (There is no mention of this on their website and they don't tell you this when you are booking). JOKERS. My flight landed at 1830 and the booking was for 1915, which was a long enough wait. Ended up flagging a black cab and paying 80% extra, as I had an important appointment to attend. Would never deal with them again.

what can I say we had booked car to Heathrow airport for 6 people with all the luggage they were by far the cheapest of the companies we rang. They not only turned up on time but were given a luxury minivan at no extra cost We all watched Sky fall on the in car TVs and thoroughly enjoyed our trip needless to say we will be using them again. Fantastic service! Called us when we reached our hotel to enquire if needed a taxi earlier (cricket was due to start at an earlier time. And although they couldn't get me a return taxi from the ground they knew I had been separated from my husband and friends. Th operator called me on my mobile to enquire if I was ok and check that I was safe. Thank you for your friendly top class service! Highly recommended 😁

I work in the city center as a nurse and they are the company i use without hesitation to get home. Really helpful company they helped me plan my journey when i needed to take the kids to Alton Towers. I have four children they can be a handful at times but a real patient driver made the journey easy. I will continue using you. Thank you

last night got diverted from stanstead to birmingham and left to fend for ourselfs by ryanair. taxis at air port quoted £350 to take us to colchester essex. phoned arround and after hearing our situation broad street cars took us home in the early hours for £200 as that was all we had between us. what can i say but thank you for being so understanding. five stars all the way!

Great customer service.I had just got into Birmingham on train from Euston.Called these guys for a cab to the hotel.The car arrived when they said, and the driver called me to direct me to him, with all the road works going on around the station its a nightmare to find anything.Will always use this company when in Birmingham

The operating times for this office are a little strange but when you do get the service it is excellent great customer service and friendly drivers.
