M. S.By far the best service there! Romeo is just the kindest driver I have ever met! Expected a taxi service but end up with a friend! He was amazing when found out I have 6hrs wait for my flight he took me and bought! food and coffee! He is just amazing kind person and I highly recommend his service to anybody going to or from Birmingham airport i don't know anybody caring for the for client so much, but not even that- he cares for another human with kind heart! Will use again and recommend to friends
V. K.Romeo is one of a kind. Hired him to pick up my kid and drop him off at University. He just did not provide the pick up and drop off service. He was helpful, patient, understanding and most importantly, easy to communicate. The customer experience he provided is at a totally different level.

L. K.The service from this company is absolutely fantastic. I used Romeo’s taxi in Birmingham after leaving LAB11 on New Years Day. I had lost all of my friends, phone was dead and I was quite nervous about travelling alone but Romeo got me home safely and even reminded me not to stand outside of the hotel on my own when I got back and watched and waited until I was inside safely. As a girl this is absolutely priceless to know you are getting home safe. Can’t thank him enough!
