Great work, great price and fantastic customer service. I took our Mercedes A180 here to repair some dents. The car required dent repair and repainting of the door panel and bumper. I was impressed with the service from the outset. The receptionist who took the initial call was very friendly and accommodating. The team could fit me in for a quote very promptly. I was dealt with by Simon who is a lovely chap, very friendly and most importantly, honest re: quotes. (I had been to other repair shops in Birmingham and found them to be more focussed on making a profit than giving an honest service). Kings Norton Body Repair looked after my car as I left it with them for several days. They did a fantastic job on the car and the price was very competitive. Top marks to the team!
