Honest, hard working blokes that don't rip you off. Sent my first fiesta here for an oil/filter change and they told me what EXACTLY what was wrong with the vehicle. Didn't over charge me or try and get even more money from me. Sent my ford focus for an MOT on the saturday since that was the only time I was free and they fit me in. Within an hour I was on my way!! I'll always come to this place! Great on prices, Ford approved and just down to earth lads! See ya in a few months for a service.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Car went in for a 2nd Warranty service and i had also advised of an issue i wanted investigated aswell as needing the car back that day. Car was thoughily checked and investigated, i recieved a call a few hours later with issues found and a clear price, time was given on repair. I recieved a call 45 mins before they close to say car was ready and that they would wait for me to arrive to collect. Adrian and the rest of the team provided excellent service from start to finish. Highly Recommend and will be using them in the future.

I've been using this company for many years. My previous car has gone down as a bit of a celebrity due to a certain issue I had with it. Everyone who works there has always been fantastic. Especially Adrian on the front desk. They have gone out of their way to help me far more times than I care to remember. No issue is too difficult for them. And they are so reliable and courteous than I won't go anywhere else. The prices they charge are excellent and I really can't and won't have a bad word said against them. Truly wonderful. I've been here a few times and every time I've been very happy with the service. My first time using them was to have my clutch replaced. I was initially going to use another company until I found KA and their price was cheaper and closer to me. I took the car. After about an hour I got a phone call from them informing me that they wouldn't go ahead with the replacement because the car wasn't worth it. The electrics were faulty and the floor had a lot of rust and there were other issues that needed repairing. I only paid £300 for the car. I'm confident that a lot of other garages would have done the replacement and then had me in the for all the other things that needed repairing. For this reason this is the only garage I will use from now on.

The guys there really know what they are doing. Brilliant service and very competitive rates. They maybe a Ford garage, but they serviced my Mercedes far better than the dealership and at half the price. The performance of a prestige car isn't what stamps go in the service history, it's what the technicians do under the bonnet. I can't praise these mechanics highly enough. I recommend this garage for all types of work.
