L. I.We pre-booked a minibus for 7 people (with 2 drop off points) to take us home on our wedding day. The booking process was quick and easy (we booked almost 2 weeks in advance) but the minibus did not arrive on the day. When I called them to see where they were, they said they did not have a minibus available and did I want them to send two cars instead. This obviously meant we were hanging around at the venue on our wedding night and we had to pay more than the pre-agreed price for the two vehicles. Disappointing.
M. L.Have recently used Local Radio cars for a trip to the airport and have nothing but good things to say about them. They where on time. Polite. Courteous and more importantly reasonably well priced! Will be using them again!

W.Every time I have booked up to writing this the price has been perfect as quoted the driver has shown great customer service arrived within time I would highly recommend them and advise setting up the APP as you can see real time the driver and car details where the car is on its way to you and on the journey the driver can call you so you know you are safely in the right car. They take card and cash I booked in advance for a car to get my husband to work 0630 he Stephan was on time helpful whether local to B36 or far side of Birmingham would highly recommend. Due to being in a wheelchair life is complicated but this company send drivers who will take me and my dog and wheelchair to the vet wait for me my driver yesterday (Leon)?? Outstanding service and attitude. This company have changed owners do not be put off give them another chance you won’t regret it
