Used this service to and from different locations. Excellent taxi service. on all occasions, the driver arrived on time and was helpful and courteous.. he also went the extra mile to wait when there was a delay without any charge, vehicle was clean and well maintained. Overall very reliable and dependable and for a good price. Highly recommend.

Booked with this company for an airport transfer from Walsall to Heathrow (and return) for my family including two under 5’s. The driver was on time for both journeys , smartly dressed, clean and comfortable vehicle and drove very well. He even stored our child’s seats for the two weeks while we were away. Can’t recommend I by and his team enough. We needed a taxi Solihull to Heathrow for 6 with 6 large suitcases. Ibby kept in contact prior to drop off and pick up journeys and waited round whilst we were delayed by passport control and baggage reclaim. Cars were immaculate and both Ibby and Saab were very friendly and helpful when driving us. Will definitely use these guys again without hesitation! Thanks 😊
