G. R.Alex is courteous, punctual and responsive. He takes care of his passengers and provides good pricing, while ensuring flexibility. I've used him for basic A - B rides but also for more complex trips with multiple destinations. Always excellent - highly recommended, both for local and long distance transport.
J. N.We have used Alex and Acorn Taxis for over a year. We first booked them because their rates seemed very competitive for the local area. After the first experience we have used no other taxi company since. Alex is so reliable. There is always a welcoming smile and the rates remain very reasonable. On one occasion he was ten minutes late because his last customer kept him waiting and he was prepared to dramatically reduce the fare. We did not take advantage as it was not his fault. Provided it is in the Bournemouth/Poole/Purbeck area, we would always choose Acorn to get us, our friends or family home.

Helpful, reliable and very friendly...I was supporting adults with autism and LD and the driver was fantastic!! He didn't rush us, texted us so we knew where he was and how far away so that my clients weren't hanging around waiting...couldn't have asked for a better experience. It enabled us to get out and about and go to places we otherwise wouldn't xx
