Booked them to take 5 people and luggage to Bournemouth airport and pick up 2 weeks later. There communication is really poor but saying that I couldn’t ask for better to take us there. After sending them lots of emails and text with no reply after our holiday they failed to pick us up, when contacting them by phone all they could say was “it’s not booked in’ and basically left us stranded. Wouldn’t use this firm again as the amount of emails I had sent them while I was on holiday too and they couldn’t reply, had my flight number too so they were aware of the time of return. They don’t deserve the business. I had to them get 2 taxis to cover our return as no bigger was available

Amazing ,cheap, arrived on time. 11/10 highly recommend

We left the club on Saturday night to take our friend back to home and to make sure she got home safe, another taxi company refused to take us as it was nothing far enough and then someone from your company was so lovely and had a sense of humour and took us! Will be using this company going forward!
