Amazing service! Our drivers Ally and Mark were really helpful when they picked us up. They were on time and friendly. My family felt so relaxed and safe on our journey to and from Heathrow Airport. We had a delayed flight but still managed to pick us up on time by checking the flight themselves! Laura has been very helpful as well sorting our booking. This is the second time we have used their service, and we will definitely use their service again. Thanks Mark and the team! We highly recommend this company!

The service that Dorset airport taxi provided was really good. They made sure the driver knew all the details he needed for myself, my brother and my girlfriend to get home safely. When we booked we were told we had the option to pay by card or if we payed by cash or bank transfer then we would receive a discount. So we payed cash each way which the driver was appreciative of. Both journeys to and from the airport was smooth and easy with no problems. The driver was there on time. Following the instructions to meet outside of boots was easy and Mark located us very quickly. Thank you Mark for the wonderful service that you provided and Emily in the office who responded quickly to our emails as easy jet changed our flights several times.

Used Dorset Airport Taxis for a group of boys going on their first holiday together- worked out cheaper and easier than most other methods of travel to and from Stansted and I have to say they were faultless. On time, lovely big clean vehicle (there were 7 passengers) and polite friendly drivers each way! Would use again and highly recommend.

This company were excellent and very reasonable at very short notice, it was £140 roughly from London Gatwick to Bournemouth at midnight mid week, all other local companies were well over £400. My taxi driver was Daniel, he kept me in the picture with arrival times and collected me from the airport. It was a nice drive home in good time and a service I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again. Thanks so much.

Amazing company, used they to and from Heathrow in May, on time, vehicle in excellent condition. Good rates and good communication, extremely accommodating when BA cancelled both our outward and inbound flights, they got us home. Drive was great I would use them again and cannot fault them.

Excellent communication and service from first contact to meeting at the airport and arriving back in Bournemouth. The prices are very affordable and you agree the costs when booking so there are no surprises. There were 4 of us with a lot of luggage but we fit comfortably in one of their vans.

Stranded at Basingstoke station because the bad weather halted all trains. Dorset Taxi were not able to help immediately but responded back and made sure we have been able to get another taxi. Good friendly helpful service.

We needed an early pickup to be at Heathrow by 5am to meet family including a baby and an infant returning to the UK so an 8 seater with plenty of luggage space was perfect. Mark was good in giving us confidence that he could be relied on and Ali arrived on time and we were at the airport right on schedule. After the family and baggage were reunited we called Ali who was waiting off-site and in a very short time he met us in Arrivals and she helped us with the baggage to the vehicle in short term parking. We were away in no time and back home without incident. It was a seamless operation and thank Mark and Ali for their efforts in providing such a good service. We depended on them and they exceeded our expectations..

Mark our driver picked us up after our minibus broke down on the way to a gig. He assisted us in packing a of our equipment, guitars and costumes into his van. He kept us entertained the 45min to the venue and even played his bugle for us on arrival. He then offered to take us all the way back to Northampton after our show.; 3hr drive. I know we paid him for his time but he was so pleasant and cheerful. He went over and beyond just driving us! Very very highly recommended!

Mark was AMAZING! Helped out when our van broke down, couldn’t do enough for us - was so friendly and even gave us a guided tour! He then produced a bugle and gave us all a quick tune! Mark and his wife run a wonderful service for transport between Heathrow and the Dorset area! Mark was so very accommodating, picking up 7 of us and a mound of luggage and taking us in turn to the rental office to pick up our house keys, to the house in Sandbanks and finally to the car rental agency. As our travel plans changed and then changed again, He and his wife handled the many changes gracefully, always arrived promptly and delivered us safely every time. Thank you, Mark! I took Dorset Airport Taxi a few days ago from London Heathrow to Bournemouth. My driver was Mouwlid, who was a very kind and good driver. Although I was taking the taxi by myself, they offered me an 8 seater Mercedes Benz, which I found it very comfortable and spacious. Thank you Mouwlid for being such a nice driver and good service. I would definitely recommend trying their service as it is one of the cheapest airport transfer services in Bournemouth.
