Our first time in Bournemouth we used taxis to go to and from the theatre. We experienced excellence service with friendly call handling and drivers. Nice clean cars. Good value. You receive texts, driver tracking and a phone call when they arrive - which was very quick! Would definitely recommend

Since coming to Charminster from Southbourne where I used to use the dreadful United taxis who will pass on your telephone number to third parties for extra rewards on top of your fare I found this company, And for four years now i have been one happy customer they are reliable and friendly and i heartily recommend them to all my friends. Last night however was different I was in the company of an 82 year old man who had a couple of extra pints but was happy and legible he is dodgy on his feet when sober so the beer did him no favours. Now I thank mobile as in the past they have picked me up in some rare old states as well as the sober journeys i take :-) but last night's driver was abrupt and had made up his mind he would not take the old fellow before he pulled up it would seem. Now i respect the drivers choice on who he should and should not have in his cab but I tried to explain my point as above that in his best state he was not stable but was beaten down with excuses. Now if you are not going to take folk in drink fair enough do not pick up anybody from pubs or clubs and do not bother with a night shift as we are about!. I have never before had a driver like this and unfortunately used an expletive followed by off which though i regret I feel it was earned. We went over the road and within minutes a bus rolled up with a friendly driver who found my acquaintances mannerisms funny and had a laugh with us and as we both had bus passes cost us nothing which the driver never batted an eyelid at just carried on being jokey and chatted to us for the 3/4 of an hour long journey home. I did have another experience with a grumpy driver before but this is an exception rather than the rule I guess everybody has an off day. When i complained last night I was in drink and upset about the issue I had with the driver and he had got his side of the story in first and painted me as the one with the attitude! Ask any of your other drivers as i have never been rude to any of them to my knowledge and have never felt the need to complain before. On the whole I repeat that this is an excellent company to put your life in the hands of when you need to get about,

I've used these a load of times. From early morning station runs to trips over the Christmas period. Always been on time, never let me down. Also they have an app which makes booking easier and you can charge straight to card.

Posting on behalf of a friend as she doesn't do internet well,she prebooked a taxi in this awful weather with slush ice and snow and the taxi was on time which lets face it,in this weather is not easy,the driver got as close to her door as possible got out the car escorted the lady to the taxi made sure she was in safely took her to her destination safely and when the other end he again got out the car and escorted the lady to the door safely,this is above and beyond any service and ment an awful lot to this lady's daughter to hear her mother say what a safe and wonderful driver she had.Many compliments to this driver and the company for an amazing service.
