We had a very pleasant journey from Bournemouth to Canterbury in less than three and a half hours, including a coffee stop. The prices are competitive and the personal service above average. Richard keeps in touch between booking and date of journey. Booking by phone is quick and easy and no pre-payment is required. We recommend this service highly and have already booked other long distance journeys.

Richard's Taxis arrived on time, the next day, and called me rather than just waiting outside. He was so very helpful, helped my partner into the car and took charge of the wheelchair, which he skilfully and easily, put into the boot. He took charge of the wheelchair again at our destination, (GP surgery for Covid boost!). He came to collect us afterwards, drove us home and helped my partner back into the wheelchair.
He made a potentially stressful situation really easy. So glad I called him and will definitely call him again next time.
