The Mercedes E-class was new, clean and very comfortable, and Evian bottled water was provided. 100% recommend, and would definitely book again if needed.

Our travel plan was a bit complicated, with a lot of long distance driving, but they managed it perfectly: they drove all the way to Cambridgeshire to pick us up early in the morning, and took us back down to Brighton. For the next two days they drove us from Brighton to Glyndebourne, and at the end of the trip, took us all back to Cambridgeshire. A long weekend and a lot of driving, and it was managed beautifully--always on time, very friendly and helpful service, and in the most luxurious car. We felt well-rested and always looked after. A. T.Used this service for the 1st time to get to the airport and will certainly use it again. It was the most reliable part of our travels. The excellent service took all the stress and worry about getting there or having to park. We even had to change the pick up time the day before, due to airline restrictions. Artan arrived punctually and was professional and friendly. The SUV was spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. The drive was smooth and Artan helped by loading / unloading the bags. On return, delays at the airport meant Artan had to wait longer than planned, but he was exceptional and didn't let us down. He kept in touch at all times by phone call and messages. So nice to know that such a service and such people exist.

J.Booked BCC to pick us up in London after the GNR show at Tottenham stadium - roads were closed around the stadium but the driver got as close as he could to pick us up - communication outstanding - quick transfer back to Brighton in a nice merc 6 seater !

C. C.After reading the reviews for this business I decided to rely on them to get me and the bridal party to my wedding on time, in the style I had always imagined.
Sadly, this did not happen so I’m unfortunately only giving 4 stars. I never give bad reviews but as this was such an important booking for me and I felt let down, I had to share my experience.
I had been in constant contact with Artan from day one to make sure that my booking was confirmed, and he was great at coming back to me and letting me know that my booking had been made, so I cannot fault the responsiveness.
However, on a number of occasions (via email) I had asked for the 2 cars to be decorated with ribbons / bows as I had booked 2 cars to pick me and my bridal party up from a hotel in brighton and take us to the church, the cars were not decorated, which was really disappointing. Artan has since come back to me to apologise and to explain that he did not realise I had accepted the cost for the ribbons, so it was a miscommunication here.
I also asked, over a week before the wedding, for the cars to pick us up 15 mins earlier than the initial time we had booked, this was also confirmed.
On the day, we all waited outside the hotel for 15 mintutes, until one of my bridesmaids went to a taxi only to find out that these were our cars waiting from brighton city chauffeurs.
They were not decorated as we had arranged, and they just waited outside, not thinking to come and get us, even though we were clearly standing outside, waiting.
I do regret spending so much money on 2 cars when i could have easily just booked 2 normal taxis for half of the price, however, I cannot fault the friendliness and professionalism of the drivers or Artan, and I’m putting this down to a misunderstanding from both sides, so still giving 4 stars.

Water was provided, there was ample sanitizer available in the car, the drive was smooth and we arrived refreshed at home. I cannot say enough good things about this service. A+

We recently used Brighton City Chauffeurs for the first time travelling from France to Brighton as an alternative to flying and we found them excellent. Their communication and attention to details on route planning and Eurotunnel arrangements was truly a peace of mind for us.
On the day of travel, our chauffeur (Artan) was very attentive, helpful and professional. The car was spotless, luxurious and equipped with all amenities including water, face masks, and hand sanitizers. As they say, you really get what you pay for :)

Great service , The drivers , profetional , courteous and on time . Mercedes in their fleet are great . Clean cars , smoth drive and most defentely stress free getting to and from airports. They ll help with luggage and go the extra mile too , offering a simple bottle of water , but after a long flight , for me hydration so important . most defentiy will use them again and , highly recommended .
