I made our 1st tailor made booking with holiday taxis in august. Our flight was late but our driver was there promptly to take us safely to our villa. The 2nd trip was also very prompt with our taxi driver being exactly on time to take us to a hotel. The 3rd trip was ready before we were and the journey to the airport was stress free. Holiday taxis exceeded my expectations. All drivers were good safe drivers. Vehicles were brilliant and modern with excellent air con. I will be booking another tailor made trip for 2020 with your company and will continue to use if our experience in 2020 is as great as it was this year. Again thanks for excellent organisation and service.

The recent spate of flight cancellations and delayed flights has left holiday company hotel transfer services in complete chaos. I was on a TUI package holiday using an Easyjet flight which was cancelled I managed to book a flight the same day with Jet2 and 4 days before the flight asked TUI to reschedule the hotel transfer - they didn't reply until 3 days after the flight and on arrival they had no transfer for me!! I wanted to ensure I did get a transfer as the taxi fare from Palma to Alcudia is 80€ so as a back up I a booked a one way hotel transfer with Holiday Taxis for £8.63. My flight arrived 2 hours late (as did many others that night) but the local agent (Transunion) worked tirelessly to ensure that all customers got to their destination.

We're were welcomed at heraklion Airport 0n the 26th August 21, a lovely helpful driver , ok we were second to last off but saw lots of lovely places on route to malia. It's was nice to receive a text the day before departure, we were picked up by executive coach, from Happy days 9th sept, and the best driver was so informative, happy, even bought us bananas, what a guy . Super company for transfer. Easy to go to the transfer desk and they tell you which number you gotta go to to get the right bus. I have never had any problems with then, and I've been using them 7 times until now, it will be my 8th time for september. So five stars from me! I will recommend this company for transfer.

Holiday Taxis are always very good, but this time my flight was 45 minutes late. I should not have worried - the driver was there and I was soon on my way. This company continues to provide a high quality service at a very reasonable price. They have fully justified my faith in their company however during this very trying and exceptional time. Of all the times I've used them they've been absolutely amazing. Always there waiting for my arrival at the airport and even managed to change quite last minute a change in pick-up on the last day. A dude called Sergio at the Spanish (Malaga) provider branch was super helpful and even followed up with a phone call to make sure the confirmation was received. Would defo book again.

I was so impressed with this service. My flight in to Ibiza was delayed and so I missed my original shuttle service. They organised a new one which meant I travelled on my own despite having booked the shuttle with maximum 4 pick ups. The return to the airport only had one pick up which completely exceeded my expectations. I paid just over £35 return which was exceptional value. The vehicles in both instances were of luxury quality, spotlessly clean with very courteous drivers. I cannot recommend this company enough. The only thing I would say is that a little more detail on where to find the arrival desk would help so you know which end of the arrivals hall you need to head to (the very far right end).

Excellent service. Although our flight was delayed by 30 minutes. One of their reps escorted us out of the airport and waited with us until our taxi arrived. On return trip from accommodation, the taxi arrived promptly on time. Their drivers were professional and very helpful. The cars were clean comfortable and well maintained. Our taxi on arrival to Faro Airport arrived right on time and the driver was very friendly and welcoming. However, we had to change the location of our pick up as we had moved villa inconveniently at the start of our holiday due to some complications. I emailed the admin team 6 days before we were due to leave, and they replied within 48 hours confirming that we would be picked up from the new location. Our driver didn't turn up, and went to the old location...luckily our new location wasn't too far away, and we had plenty of time before our flight, and the driver was very friendly when he eventually arrived. Unnecessary stress due to lack of communication on their part, so if you need to amend a booking, do ring up rather than email, although I tried ringing and didn't get through after waiting a good 45 mins...

Taxi both ways to and from airport brilliant. Nice and friendly drivers, spotless taxi/bus. My only grievance is not getting a pickup time back to airport. The site didn’t accept my booking reference and they didn’t send me an email or text informing me of the collection time. This is not a one off. I use them about four times a year and I have to ring English emergency number to sort it out. This time I got through quite easy but sometimes, in Turkey I have to phone what seems a hundred times to get through. They have refunded my money, but it’s frightening when you are in a foreign country and don’t know if you’re going to get picked up or not. As I said taxi service itself was good.

Very impressed with Holiday Taxi's, used them several times in past but have now had 2 holidays cancelled due to COVID 19 and with both they have been extremely quick and efficient. 1st was refunded within 24 hrs and 2nd we only knew about the cancellation via Holiday Taxi's when they contacted me about my refund! Still haven't heard from the holiday company, and haven't received any other refunds from either holiday yet. Rang Holiday Taxi's yesterday and they answered immediately and were very helpful, highly recommended.

Notifications telling confirming dates times. Which was great we arrived at the airport our bags where delayed but when we finally got them we went to there desk driver was introduced to us off we went the . Driver was very pleasant and told us different bits as we headed to the hotel. Dropped us off .2 days before we where due to leave text confirming again pick up time. Taxi arrived on time. I would have no hesitation using this transfer company again. Amazing price for a great service. Waited around 30-40 mins for the bus on arrival at airport which we expected, by the time a handful of other travellers were gathered. Dropped right at apartment. On return, the bus arrived at the exact time specified to make good to time to the airport. On pick up, the bus picked us up at a hotel just a few blocks down, so remember to call 24 hours before to check.

I've done 3 trips with Holiday Taxis now and each time they provide excellent customer service and never disappoint. The first time I used this company was on a trip to Singapore and my flight has been delayed and I didn't come out till an hour after and the driver had waited for me the entire time and didn't complain and even offered me maps and tour guides around Singapore. The second time and third time was to and from Italy, the drivers had very nice cars and were really polite. On my way back to the Rome Airport, I asked to change addresses and they did it for me instantly. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all tranfers abroad.

Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use your services, we had a private taxi service booked with you for two days time -1st May in Barbados. Our holiday was cancelled due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, however we must congratulate Holiday Taxis for your true professionalism. We received an email from you advising of the cancellation and that a refund would be issued within the next ten days. In fact the money was received today, two days later. Thank you so much for your prompt refund without us even needing to contact you, unlike our tour operator who is yet to even contact us to say our holiday is cancelled even though we were due to travel in two days time. Prompt friendly service, I expected to be on a shuttle service, However my family & I got picked up in a car & was taken straight to our destination, the driver was very informative & gave good information on where to eat, visit, beaches & where get value for money. On return our driver was waiting with a mini bus for us & was early which is always good, Only one pick up on the way back to the airport & we arrived with plenty of time. I have been using holiday taxis for a while now, always a prompt good service & good value compared to others competitors.

Great service, quick and easy. Speedy transfer to and to and from Ibiza airport to San antonio. Only downfall was waiting for a while before heading off. We sat for about 20 minutes but the shuttle was full so no one else could have got on and the driver didn't give a reason as to why we were waiting. But all round great service

Had to wait for 40 mins at the airport and the cab driver had no English at all. We had to wait for another couple and it was all a bit unclear. Once they arrived it was smooth sailing. Our cab was a lovely saloon Audi. They were dropped off first and we were then taken to the door of our hotel. On our return we were collected bang on time. This time it was in a minibus and we had to pick up two other couples. Again the driver had no English and so it is a bit of guesswork as to what is happening. However a very good service that did exactly what it said. Vehicles were top class and a very competitive price? Would definitely use the service again. Star was lost because of the lack of communication with the drivers and so you are a bit in the dark.

Used in Fuerturventura. Pick up was on time and good service, not waiting too long. Only thing was the driver was writing down people's hotels and then when in the resort was doing them as they were on his list which meant a lot of backwards and forwards instead of working through the town in order. We were in no rush as our check in wasn't until later but could have been planned better. Return was only a few minutes late and took one hour to airport and again good service. Overall, would use again, nothing to stop us from using but just a little improvement on communication to driver of places to drop off. Would recommend and it was a very good price.

Since we booked a private taxi, was expecting to see someone holding a board with our name. This wasn't the case. After wandering around for a few minutes found a kiosk with a piece of paper with Holiday taxis written on it. Was directed out to the bus park were our taxi was waiting. There we met our driver ( Pepe ) who was very nice and took us to our hotel. On our return we told that our pick would at 10.35am and that we should be 15 minutes early. Waiting for our pick up at 10.35 a minibus with Amanda bus written on it pulled in but he was not for us, the Driver had a different name to pick up. He phoned someone who apperantly told him that our transfer was going to be 25 minutes late! As there was some confusion and As the names he had weren't there he took us to the Airport anyway. Both drivers were polite and helpful and although it was only a short journey, the cost was very reasonable. Would recommend and use again.

Always excellent service. My flight had a short delay arriving, and the driver was still there waiting patiently. There was an accident on the route to the airport on my return journey and my driver simply changed routes and I arrived in plenty of time for my flights. Drivers are always friendly and courteous and cars appear well serviced and often fairly new. A good service overall.

Our flight out was delayed on the way there so we had to wait for about an hour at the airport before we could get a taxi. Not a great journey due to traffic and the driver texting on his phone! Journey back was a lot better, driver got us there in plenty of time. The car was really nice and the driver was really friendly. Overall very good value.

Recently booked two hotel transfers to/from the airport in Mexico. One in Mexico City and the other in Puerto Vallarta. No issues for 3 of the 4 transfers. Our ride from the hotel back to the airport in Mexico City was almost 30 minutes late. The operator in Puerto Vallarta was excellent in both directions.

Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Dubrovnik airport and was very friendly, providing us with a wealth of information about the city. The driver who took us from our apartment to the airport was punctual and the cars we travelled in for both journeys were nice, clean and had air conditioning. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we were advised to call a number Holiday Taxis provided us with should our flight be delayed. We waited on the runway for an hour at Gatwick Airport, so we called the number we were given, only to find some days later that we had been charged for making the call. We felt this was really unfair, especially as we had provided the company with our flight number, meaning they could easily track our flight themselves. Apart from this, our experience of the service was good.

Travelled to Cancun 14-28 January. Outside terminal saw my name on a board and the guy directed me to another guy who introduced me to my driver. Within 10 minutes we were on our way to the hotel arriving 1 hour 10 minutes later. The vehicle was clean and well maintained and the driver was courteous although he could not speak much English. The Thomas Cook coach arrived almost 3 hours after us, that's when I knew I had made the right choice. Our return was just as good and the driver who spoke better English asked if we wanted to stop for anything just to let him know. Great service and would definitely recommend Holiday Taxis who although were the cheapest were very good with emails and updates so well done HT.

We booked a transfer with Holiday Taxis from Cairo Airport to Giza. Cairo. The driver met us airside before immigration which was a pleasant surprise, the driver helped us through the formalities and with the bags, we arrived from London at 9.00 pm and the airport was very busy so having the help was very much appreciated. The drive to Giza was about an hour, the driver was very safe and the vehicle was clean and tidy. Great service and we will use again in the future.

Another positive experience this week with Holiday Taxis - Transfer from Zagreb airport to city centre. Online booking process very straightforward - latest booking was only made late on the day prior to the taxi being required. Prices are competitive and I have always found that drivers are on time - even if flight is delayed - and very pleasant and efficient. Cars are comfortable and in good condition.

The driver was very helpful and quite easy to find. The only problem I had was that I have limited mobility and I can't walk very fast or very far without getting sore and we had quite a walk from the airport to the car. The journey back to the airport was much better we were picked up on time and dropped off right outside terminal 3. Both drivers were very pleasant and professional. When I arrived at Corfu, one hour later than expected, the minibus was waiting to take me to my hotel. This was quite a relief because I was travelling on my own and it was 3am. On my return to Corfu airport, again I was the only passenger in the minibus, unfortunately one of the tyres on the minibus blew out. The driver was very quick to reassure me and within about 10 minutes a taxi had arrived to take me to the airport in time for my 3am flight. I was genuinely very happy with Holiday Taxis and will have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend (and have done so) to anyone

Long wait at airport before leaving for hotel over an hour and a quarter could have been there if I’d gone by hire car or taxis the time I had to wait on a cold coach with doors left open. That said I’ve used Holiday taxies for several years now 3 times a year and this is the longest I’ve had to wait. Always reliable and reasonably priced so have booked again in June with them.

There were three pick ups at the same time we arrived at Cancun and only two taxis available so despite sharing our flight details in advance, we had to wait 20-30 mins for our taxi, having just made a 10 hour flight from the UK. When the taxi arrived, the driver couldn't open the back doors for our luggage, leaving us standing there wondering what was going on as three people tried to sort it. Then the driver asked us if we knew directions to our hotel! THEN he had trouble with the gears when driving and without explanation, pulled over and made phone calls. Not a great journey. Return trip was much better. We were late because our restaurant was slow with service and the driver waited for us for 10 mins.

on the pick up from the airport the service was excellent service. the driver was extremely helpful and friendly. have used them before and will continue to use them when they picked us up from the hotel only 3 cases fit in the boot of the car, luckily the third case managed to fit in front of the rear seat but meant the three people in the rear were extremely uncomfortable. we did book for 4 persons and 4 cases the car clearly wasnt big enough for the 4 people and 4 cases, the driver just kept shrugging his shoulders.

This was the first time we had used the service and it was fantastic. On arrival at the desk we had a friendly greeting, our driver, Marta, was lovely, so friendly, helping with out luggage and giving us a loverly welcome. Excellent service .Easy to book on line .Our driver made himself known to us athe airport on the outward journey ,had waited an additional hour as our flight was delayed,got us to our destination no problem. Our pick up was on time ,within 10 minutes ,again made himself known and was very courteous. I could not give a 5 star rating as I struggled to get a pick up time for the return leg as directed via the web site and app and had to give the local office a call.I got the pick up time no problem,but would suggest that if the web site does not allow you access to your pick up time them it should not advise customers to do so.

Really pleased with the service we received. The car was there waiting for us upon arrival in Goa and despite it taking us three and a half hours to clear customs, the driver was more than happy to take us safely and swiftly to our hotel. Driver and car excellent, however, I do have an issue with the booking experience. I originally stated that I wanted to get to the airport for 5am. You then booked me for a midnight pickup advising that transfer time was 90 minutes. I eventually persuaded you to change to 03.00 am. In reality the driver arrived well before time and as we were required to be in the lobby 15/20 minutes before pickup we ended up leaving for the airport around 02.45 am. Transfer actually took 30 minutes no traffic. I can appreciate that during the day the journey may well take 90 minutes. Overall very pleased with service from HolidayTaxis.

A very friendly representative was there to meet us outside the arrival gate and personally escorted us to our private car transfer. They were in arrivals at the airport, clearly visible, driver was very pleasant and dropped us at our destination. The return journey was every bit as seamless. I had searched for numerous different return transfers from CDG and this was the best price.

It took a few minutes for us to work out where to pick up our taxi when we first arrived in Split, but once we found the controller it was easy. The taxi was comfortable, clean and airconditioned with a very helpful and informative driver. The return driver spoke less English, but was on time for our pick up, drove well and helped us with our bags.

When booking this service it was quick and easy and gave instructions upon Arrival in the airport however as we walked up to the help desk there was a bit of confusion as to what driver would take us to our hotel, the language barrier seemed to be a bit of an issue and we followed the driver we were told to go with only for him to tell us he was not our driver after walking a few minutes towards the bus. Finally we found the right one and along with other passengers were dropped off accordingly. The return journey was much better, they contacted our hotel with a pick up time and we just asked at reception for this information which is explained when you first book your taxi.

Transfer to the hotel was frustrating as we were waiting an hour in total. After 30 mins I called the customer service line and the driver told them he was 5 minutes away but we ended up waiting another 30 mins. Despite this I could not fault the women on the phone she was really helpful and pleasant. The transfer back was great. Turned up bang on time and took us straight to the airport. It's good for the price as long as they are able to keep to their times.

Excellent service. Had to change hotel both prior to flight, and also during holiday after having to move hotels, and the amendments were made perfectly. On both outbound and return trip the driver was early and got us to our destinations safely. Definitely would use again in the future

Good value and worked but 2 things to be aware of. 1. The transfers were much longer than we had envisaged as we had to wait a long time for the coach on the way out, the journeys were time consuming because of multiple drop offs/pick ups and on the way back the coach came very early to fit in with multiple flights. I wouldn’t say this is a big problem on a 7 day or more trip but we were on a short break so it felt significant. 2. At Barcelona Airport the directions to get to the coach ticket office and then the coach stop were very poor and there was no-one around to ask. Everyone waiting had the same problem and we were all very relieved when the coach finally arrived. On the way back pick up was directly from the hotel so no problem of where to go.

This was the second time I have used holiday taxis and I can honestly say they are fantastic! I received a text the day before to confirm what time and when the pick up will be. I then recieved a text on the day telling me the name of the driver; the car make, model and registration. I then recieved another text telling me my driver was waiting for me. My holiday transfers went smoother than ever. And because you pay on booking, there is no need to try and work out currencies and having enough change. I can highly recommend them! And will always use them again. Well done!

A slight hold up on arrival at Larnaca when we couldn't find our driver. Contacted customer service number and was quickly sorted out with minimum of fuss! Holiday Taxi's drivers were very well presented as were there cabs, spotlessly clean. I would have given them a higher score than three stars except the taxis were late on collection from the airport and on the return journey to the airport. They were however helpful on the phone in assisting me to change the pick up time for the return journey to the airport.

On arrival at Tenerife South the taxi office seemed a little chaotic and it took a few minutes to get sorted out. We followed a very pleasant assistant out of the airport and he eventually found us our taxi. The lady driver was very pleasant. Her English was even worse than my Spanish,so when I asked her about the return pick up she didn’t understand me. However,your series of text messages were excellent,both in the U.K. and Tenerife. We also received a note under our door two days before our return,confirming pickup time and location. All very good! Our return taxi arrived by the time stated and we had an uneventful return to the airport. We would certainly use your service again. Thank you!

I always use Holiday Taxis and find the service reliable and the Helpline and Airport staff very Helpful. I arrived at the Reception Desk on my last visit, earlier this month, travelling with my 82 year old Dad where a I was introduced to our Driver. After waiting 10 minutes, I was told we were having a different driver, we than had to walk a lot further than normal to his Taxi, too far for my Dad; I may have to consider a different arrangement for the future.

We used the shuttle service. Came out the airport and was worried about finding the correct transfer due to the issue with gangs in Mexico currently. The transfer company we're easy to find by displaying our name on a board. They were very helpful and friendly. We had to wait approx. 25 minutes to leave but when we did there was only 1 other hotel drop off so was very quick. Would recommend to other people.

The coach was easily spotted at the airport, but we waited quite a time for it to fill up with passengers and start the journey to the hotels. There were a lot of drop-offs before us. We were instructed to phone 24 hours before leaving back for the airport to confirm pick-up details, which we did. However, it seems our confirmation was not put on the system so it looked like we weren't going to be picked up as we waited. It was a huge blessing that another driver from Belle was there waiting for a group to take them to the airport. He was very kind and when the group failed to show he took us straight to the airport himself. His kindness boosts the star rating.

Good driver but had to wait for quite a long time at the airport prior to completing the journey to Albufeira. The return trip was also a bit of a problem as I went to the hotel early for the return journey to find that the driver was already there more than 20 mins. before the pick up time. Suggest to all that you are waiting at least half an hour for your return because 2 years ago, the same company came too early and left without me. Poor service!! If you have a pickup time it should be no more than 15 mins early or 10 mins late. Will probably use again as they are cost effective with the provider being Best transfers4you.

WE expected to be picked up at the arrivals lounge but instead we had to walk a few hundred metres and go up two levels with our luggage to get our taxi. We had a minibus to ourselves (we booked a private transfer) but it was quite old. The driver was pleasant enough and we got to our destination but suspect a taxi would not have cost much more and been more convenient.

Both taxis arrived on time and we had no problems finding them. The driver who picked us up from the airport was lovely and told us lots of facts about Singapore before dropping us off. The driver on our return to the airport was more or less silent which is the only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars.

Used Holiday Taxis for the first time in January of this year. The booking process was easy and straightforward online and then we went to the desk at the airport in Lanzarote and we were told where to go to get our taxi. The driver was waiting for us (4 adults) in a small minibus so there was lots of room and were were taken to our apartment. We wanted to change our pick up time to an hour later than we had originally booked and this was no problem either. Our driver picked us up on time for our return journey to the airport. The drivers on both journeys were well presented, courteous, and more than helpful. This was the first time we had ever booked our own transfers and they made it a very positive one. Holiday Taxis have always been excellent but on this occasion the pick up at Eindhoven airport was not so good! The taxi company failed to notify us of the change of pick up location at the airport due to building work so we were left hanging around not knowing what to do. Usually we receive a text saying where the taxi driver is but not this time. We had several missed calls because he rang before we had landed. Eventually we made contact and he implied it was our fault we were in the wrong place until we showed him our paperwork with the instructions on then he shut up! Hopefully our return trip will be more successful!

The whole point of us ordering a car was that my wife is not able to wheel cases or walk far due to arthritis ... Not a great start. The same happened on the way back, perfect drive, on time, lovely lady driver but yet again it was a small coach....we thought we ordered a car? The price was exactly double of a normal taxi ....£15.00 against £32 each way. Would think twice before using again, sorry but not drivers fault, pricing an issue .

Kos Airport is tiny. The office was closed but I walked outside and was met by Nikos who showed us to our transport. The pick up coach was a very nice Mercedes 20 seater, full leather upholstery and A/C. The airport and Kos town are at opposite ends of the island so we got a nice drive through the countryside. The other drop offs were quickly and efficiently conducted and we were at our hotel within 40 mins. The return trip was a full sized coach. Be ready to leave 5 -10 minutes before pickup time. And wait at the door. We nearly missed the pick up due to last minute toast and coffee action. The pick up time seemed early but we were among the first to be picked up there were many more pickups to make. We reached the airport in good time and had checked in and cleared customs an hour before the gate closed. This may seem overly early to some but they need to give time for any unexpected delays encountered on Greek Island roads. Would most definitely use again

He gave my six year old a tablet with a Children's cartoon channel on it without asking and offer us his Wifi code. He didn't speak English but had a translation app so we could still talk. As this was our first time in Bali, it was a great comfort that we were able to organise airport pickup in advance. When we arrived at the airport, a rep from the tour company was waiting for us. However, it took a fair bit of time before our driver arrived in the meantime the rep was trying to make a sales pitch to get us to buy additional tours through his company. This was not great as we had traveled for a long time and were really wanted to get to our hotel for some rest. There was also a stopover at a coffee plantation which whilst appreciated was an attempt to get us to buy things presumably so that the driver gets a commission.

Could not fault Holiday taxis. I originally booked the wrong transfer, no problem at all, they refunded immediately and I could rebook. I then realised whilst on my trip I’d booked the wrong date for my transfer, again no problem! They sorted it straight away and they didn’t make me feel silly. They made my first solo trip very relaxed so thank you. The actual company who picked me up did turn up an hour before scheduled which was very annoying, meant I had to abruptly end my holiday and rush back to my hostel and then spent over 3 hours unescessarily in the airport.

On arrival at Bourgas airport the shuttle service was easily found in the airport arrivals hall, the driver was helpful and friendly and the transfer to our Sunny Beach Hotel was quick. On departure the pickup was on time from our hotel and the driver was friendly. My only area for improvement was that on the return to the airport the driver drove fast and continually used her mobie phone while driving (although she used hands-free speaking she was constantly looking at the screen on her phone which is against the law in Bulgaria), so I felt a little unsafe for my family on the way back.

There were only 2 of us on board which was all very well and it did get us to our chosen Hotel very rapidly. But had this been somebody else e.g. my parents they would not have manages to climb on board as the steps were very high and steep .

Eventually, we managed to contact the local agent and the driver arrived half an hour later. He led us to his taxi but announced that he was "in recovery" from a Hernia operation and was unable to lift our baggage(2 x 20 Kg cases plus 1 10Kg cabin bag) into the taxi. This left us little alternative but to do it ourselves which proved a challenge for an 83 year old man and a 73 year old woman. It was the same at our destination. It is somewhat unrealistic to send a driver who was not capable of handling luggage who should be on lighter duties until able to do the range of duties required of an airport pick up

My expectations were not fully met but I got to an from where I wanted to go. I was expecting a saloon car and a meet and greet at the Lanzarote airport. There was no meet an greet and if I had read the details sent to me I would have realised earlier that I had to find a particular counter at the airport to get details of where the minibus was waiting for me. While not uncomfortable the minibus was not the vehicle expected and preferred. Strangely we were asked to be ready 15 minutes before the allotted pickup time for the return trip. This erked a little. That said, the journey itself and the drivers were fine.

Used Holiday Taxis recently to take a shuttle bus from Palma airport to a hotel in Paguera. Would highly recommend and would use them again. Great communication from them prior to travel, very clear instructions to find the rep and the bus at the airport. The only downside was that the transfer took 2 hours as I went for the cheaper "more than 4 stops" option. Would opt for the slightly more expensive "max 4 stops" in future.

I arranged transfers between Alicante and Benidorm in November. The outgoing journey was fine but the return coach hadn’t turned up 30 mins after the arranged pick up time which was becoming a concern due to flight times. I eventually contacted the company and was told that due to a vehicle breakdown the service would not arrive and to take a taxi instead but I would be reimbursed on my return to the UK. As it was a replacement coach arrived shortly afterwards and we did make our flight connection.

The pick up from the airport was fine, and the text message to confirm pick up is really good, however on our return to the airport at 3.15am the taxi was half an hour late and I had to ring up to find out where the taxi was. Would have been nice to have a call to let us know they were running late

At the arrival we were waiting 30-40 minutes for another passengers and then the bus took 1 hour and 20 minutes instead of 50 min to get us to the hotel. That was quite tiering as well as no information was really shared with us. On the way back the bus was 15 minutes early (luckily we were on the stop early) and we were at the airport in 20 minutes.

The lady at the desk on arrival at Arricife airport seemed a bit stressed and after a five minute wait, she directed us to a stand number and told us to "follow the yellow line". This yellow line took us to a bus station that wasn't previously mentioned which was a bit confusing. We found our stand number and were greeted by a cheery driver who took our luggage on to a small mini bus and welcomed us on board. He then drove swiftly to Teguise in a bus with no seat belts. Overall a good service, but instructions to the taxi rank could have been clearer.

We had a wee bit of wait when we landed due to waiting for other passengers from different flights. Our journey to our hotel only took about 15 mins. We were dropped off outside our hotel. On the way back to the airport for our return journey we were told we had to go to the bus stop across the main road from our hotel and wait there for the coach. Our uplift was for 9.10 am but we were not picked up till nearly 10 am! It was an extremely wet day when we left and we had to stand in the pouring rain with our suitcases for over 45 mins. What can I say about holiday taxis? In my situation they were compassionate and superb. I had booked holiday taxi and pre-paid. Sadly my dog died and I was unable to make the trip, I contacted holiday taxis and they refunded my pre-paid money immediately. Disappointed with the service on arrival at airport. Couldn't see the point in booking a Private Transfer from airport by car to destination, when we had to queue for 25 mins at Holiday Taxis desk, then told to wait another 10mins whilst they located driver? Then we had to walk to Level 1 of airport with our luggage, same place the coach shuttles depart, this is where we picked up taxi!!! Thought the idea of Private Transfer was to be picked up outside the arrivals at the airport. In total it added 45 mins added to our journey.... not happy. Return journey was fine, picked up from Villa and dropped off right outside departures.

Where do I start,, Driver dropped us off at wrong hotel,,, I phoned airport and was told he would return in 15min,, we waited three quarter of an hour. We then had to stop a taxi on the road ( because we were kept waiting on phone my battery ran out ) it cost us another 15euro to get to the proper hotel .

The driver was very nice and polite but did not know Dalyan at all and could not speak Englush, with a bus full of passengers we drove round for ages. Very few people were delivered to their destination with most getting out in the centre and walking. Having used Holiday Taxis many times this is only the second time l have l have been disappointed, it is normally very good value.

Small bus from airport to hotel so rather cramped. We were lucky and only had a 10 minute wait but others on same bus had been waiting over an hour. On return from hotel to airport the bus arrived 30 mins before stated pickup time! It was larger but had no aircon in 30+ degree heat, which made for a very uncomfortable and sweaty journey.

Booked this for Las Vegas, was a shared ride with no more than 6 people. When we arrived we had to wait for taxis and appeared to have to wait until enough people to ensure the ride was 'Shared'. After a 10 hour flight we wanted to just get to our hotel, we waited about 20 mins waiting for taxis to leave and there were about 10 people with 5 different drop offs. On return journey - taxis arrived on time and we were the only pick up took 20 minutes from hotel pick up to airport.

I booked with holiday taxis a shared shuttle transfer for 2 adults from Malaga airport to Torrox Pueblo.The company used was bus directo, I believe. The driver was waiting for us in the arrivals Hall. Smartly dressed and escorted us and along with another couple to a well valeted vehicle. The driver was very professional and went out of his way to get us to our destination safely as we had never been before and it was dark. On the return journey back to the airport 6 days later we also received the same reliable and professional service. So many thanks to the drivers on the evening of sat 16 Sep and Thurs 21 Sep . The driver met us at arrivals with my name in the list. We walked away to the car car park where instead of shuttle bus we got a 7 seat mini van so we have nice journey without anyone with us. I would recommend this service as it’s cheap and you not loosing your time. It’s the same if you would take a taxi.

Easy to book. When we arrived at Fuerteventure. We told by the office to go to the stand C1. To get the bus to take us to the apartment. (The name and address was printed on our confirmation). The bus driver told us he was not going to the address he would drop us off in the centre. Having been there before we knew that it was too far to walk with all the luggage. After augueing with the driver he took me to the bus office. Who took the paper off me and wrote the name of a hotel on it. I then went back to Holiday taxi office who crossed the Hotel off and put another one on. Then explained that we had booked a shuttle not a taxi and they did not go to private addresses. If this was the case why was our confirmation printed with the name of the property and the address? I then asked how far away was the Hotel that had been written down and was told they did not know. By this time the bus was full and we had to wait for the next one. When we got to the address that the driver took us to there was no problem our apartment was just round the corner. If this had been explained from the outset it would have saved a lot of frayed tempers and a hour of our time when someone was waiting for us. .

Ordered a speedy shuttle(max 4 stops)for both legs of the transfer as it was a long journey. Outward journey ended up stopping 6 times before dropping us off. I asked the driver at the 4th stop and he said he had to stop at that many first. Kinda defeated the object but return journey was 1 stop so I'll let them off for the 8 stops in total. Taxi was supposed to pick me up at 11.00 but at 11.20 still hadn't arrived. After phoning them twice it eventually turned up at 11.45! After taking an age to get through security at Paphos Airport my flight was boarding when I got to departures. I didn't even have time to use the toilet! I found this taxi service unacceptable leaving it so late to get passengers to the airport when they have a flight to catch.

After complaining, It would seem that a bus hadn't arrived, so we were then taken by another bus. I don't know how long we would have been standing there if i hadn't complained. Booked last minute due to travelling to Thailand for a funeral and with all the stress I gave them the wrong flight number. Didn't realise until the morning of our flight but emailed them with correct flight number and had an instant reply, all was in hand. Arrived in Bangkok and found our name and the lady called driver who was 10 mins away. Driver, tai Lang, was very polite and extremely safe driver and we arrived at our hotel. Thank you for your quick response and putting my mind at ease during this sad time for me.

We booked a speedy shuttle with WIFI going from Dalaman airport going to Marmaris on the 16th of September 2017. the shuttle bus reps. were relatively easy to find and the shuttles seemed to leave on Hourly basis which was fine. the shuttle ride was comfortable and the driver was very nice, trip took around 90-100 minutes to our hotel with one stop for 15 minutes break. the only downside we had is that there was no WIFI in the shuttle for 90% of the trip. other than that everything else was great and we were satisfied with our shuttle booking experience.

Holiday Taxis were very helpful and it is extremely useful being able to book airport transfers at most airports around the world but we do have some comments which we hope will enable them to improve their processes and the service that is available. 1. Flying to from Reykjavik 20-23 November We followed the online process to book a transfer from Keflavik airport to our hotel and everything on screen confirmed our requirements but the Holiday Taxis voucher stated delivery to, and pick up from Reykjavik City Centre. I telephoned to point out this online software error and paid an additional amount for a Hotel drop-off / pick-up. The vouchers were reissued but the return journey still said pick-up from City centre. I telephoned again and was reassured that everything was OK in the system and would be OK in Reykjavik when I reconfirmed pick-up time with the local carrier 24 hours in advance as per the system. Unfortunately, THIS DID NOT WORK. When we checked in with the carrier on arrival AND departure their system showed that we had booked a City Centre Drop-off and pick-up. On each occasion we had to argue quite forcibly with the carrier and assure them that we had paid for a hotel drop-off and pick-up although our vouchers and the notes in their system were clearly different. Users of this service should make certain that their vouchers state precisely and unarguably where they will be dropped off and picked up. 2. New York Pick-up 29th November We followed the online system to book a hotel to JFK transfer. We entered all the details of our hotel but the Holiday Taxis voucher did not include these. I telephoned AGAIN and was reassured that the hotel details were in the system and everything would be OK. When we called the Supershuttle Carrier in NYC prior to departure, the operator didn't seem to have any computer record of our booking and we had to provide all the details again, name, hotel address, airport, flight number, flight time etc etc. This would seem to be more of a problem with the NYC carriers systems but something Holiday Taxis should raise with them.

I am nearly 80. We had two very large cases and two 10 kg bags. The ticket said we would be dropped off at our apartment. Driver intended to drop us at Don Panchos 500m away. Eventually he dropped us off at traffic lights on wrong side of road 100m away. Not a good start. If we had known, we would have made more expensive arrangements. We have used you for many, many years. First time disappointed.

used the speedy shuttle from alicante airport to Benidorm may 2017 superb leather interior shuttle bus got us to hotel in 50 minutes instead of the normal bus time of 1hr 15 + numerous hotel drop offs, but did travel late evening so traffic less only waited 20 mins at airport before we left. would definitely use again we have travelled to benidorm on numerous occasions now, remember if you use the normal shuttle bus you may be on the coach a while as there are lots of hotel drop offs, don't give the driver abuse, its not his fault, I have heard some passengers being quite abusive and complaining - look at how much you pay for the return journey then compare it to the same distance in the UK !! - cant complain really then !!

Holiday Taxis are very friendly, prompt and efficient. I often use them to and from Faro airport. Sometimes you have to wait for other planes to arrive, but when on holiday it doesn't matter. I throughly recommend them to everyone.
