I booked a last minute pick up from Bristol to Bath and hour before my husband's flight landed as our previous taxi booking got cancelled (due to Covid). Bristol Taxi Online confirmed the job quickly and at a fair price. Their online platform is really easy to use and the taxi service very reliable. Will definitely use again!

We booked the Taxi service to pick us up from Birmingham airport . We originally should have come to Bristol but flight cancelled , therefore we wanted to get back home as soon as possible because of having to fly to Birmingham . Booking was easy on line, driver rang after flight landed to see how we were progressing. Good communication and waiting for us after arriving. Good journey with professional driver and very good drive back home to our address. Thank you would highly recommend

The event was my daughter's wedding which was, understandably, very important to me. I initially booked through my default taxi firm, a well known online taxi app. That was a mistake. 2 hours to go and still no confirmed driver. I cancelled the booking and used Google to find a well reviewed taxi firm. Bristol Taxi Online came top of the list. The online booking form was fairly simple to navigate, the cost was similar to Uber so I booked and hoped for the best. Five minutes before the booked time a beautiful white Mercedes pulled up outside. The driver was smart and courteous. The drive took about 25 minutes and was uneventful. We arrived at the venue in plenty of time after a very pleasant journey in that lovely car. When it was time to leave a different, but still beautiful, Mercedes pulled up exactly on time. The driver was again smart and courteous. Another uneventful drive got us home in plenty of time. I will use Bristol Taxi Online again.

Would definitely recommend this company for airport transfers - our trip to Bristol Airport was not an easy one, due to an accident and sheer volume of traffic on Bristol roads. Although our taxi was late (not their fault) the driver did his absolute best to get us to the Airport as quickly as possible. Our flight back was delayed, glad we paid a bit extra for the meet & greet; very friendly drivers both there and back and the cars were lovely and immaculately clean.

I am extremely impressed with this service. I booked a taxi from Bristol to Heathrow in the evening for a pick up the next morning. The online platform is efficient and easy to use. Overall the service is perfect. Booking is straightforward. Drivers are always on time with good communication. I’ve used this company four times to Heathrow and back and it was perfect every time. The only drawback I could mention is the price went up 27.5% or £39 in 6 months from Feb 22 to Aug 22 (fuel costs I assume). One suggestion I could make for UX would be to send a quick reminder email or text 24 hours before for any booking made more than two days before. The first time I booked there was no further communication after the initial confirmation email so I was mildly concerned, but the driver sent a text 15 minutes before pickup and showed up on time so no harm. A reminder email/text for advance bookings might be reassuring, though. All in all a great service and my new go-to for airport transfers.

I booked a car online last night to take from from Bristol to Herefordshire this morning. The online booking system is very easy to use. My driver, Usman, arrived half an hour early and texted me to say that he was there. He is an excellent driver, and was very courteous and helpful, and his Mercedes town car was immaculate. A very comfortable and easy drive to my destination. I would certainly use Bristol Taxi Online again.
