Amazing service every time we've used them and now they have accommodation on site its a no brainer if you're flying from Bristol. Staff are friendly and we have never had any problems with them. The room is also very nice and modern, with a shared kitchen area to prepare food and drinks. The pick up and drop offs are always brilliant. Fantastic experience and great value. Highly efficient operation - jumped on the minibus as soon as we arrived & just a 5 min drive to the airport where we were dropped off a 1 min walk from departures. Would recommend Goblin Parking over the usual alternatives at the airport. When you arrive they will charge your Tesla if the option is selected at checkout. Saw several other Teslas parked here too. The owner is a Tesla driver himself too and things are run well. Will be using again.

Our experience at Goblin Parking was excellent.A warm friendly greeting on arrival, and an enchanting reception area with a lovely tree trunk feature as if the "goblin lives there". Somebody has put a lot of thought into the projected greeting on arrival to customers. We have no hesitation is recommending them. We had a complication at the airport regarding the passenger location form, which meant we were not allowed on flight. We rang Roger to explain there was delay to us arriving in Bristol. He assured us not to worry just ring him on arrival and he will help.What a lovely gesture. You will not be disappointed at the service they provide for you. Rural location so allow time to drive on narrow lanes but very efficient parking, lovely waiting area with facilities and stunning views. Welcoming reception, efficient transfer to the airport ( using their authorized shortcut) for drop off and collection. With flight details given you are expected, I was even contacted before my luggage came through and assisted with an awkward bike box. Would certainly use again.

Excellent service again from Roger and the team , nothing is a bother and very easy to add a day after difficulties with the flight home. Was a little worried using this service due to some of the recent reviews. However couldn't fault their service. Friendly, helpful and efficient. A lot cheaper than Bristol silver zone. We arrived early and they were prompt to get us to the airport. On landing we were waiting no more than 5 minutes to be collected. Car was ready for us on collection, and no problems with it at all. Very trustworthy place to park your car, I always have doubts about leaving my car when going away as you always here bad stories about people's cars getting left here there and everywhere, even being hired out, so I always read reviews before hand and I have now used this company many times due to the care for my car and the great service that the staff give, when you drop your car at the farm, you pop a little form in your car window that they supply with your details and when you will be arriving back, then you head into the reception area where you will be greeted by a member of staff who will have your information ready, hand them your keys and they'll show you to the minibus, they'll then take you to the airport, when arriving back in the UK you just have to call the number on your receipt and they'll pick you up asap (normally 10 minutes) I highly recommend this place #localguides

Our car broke down on the way to the airport and we rang them at 5.00a.m. to tell them we wouldn't be using them. We were advised to send an e-mail and would probably be refunded. Arrived and parked up the car, handed over the paperwork and key then got straight on the mini bus.... Within minutes we were at the Airport. First rate service. Have used them for years with no problems. Always professional, turn up on time, efficient drop off and turnaround. Last year flight back was delayed by 24hrs didn’t charge me for the extra day. Recently thought I had a a new scuff mark when car was returned however their state of the art HD cameras showed quite clearly It happened before I arrived, Roger sorted this out within 24hrs including getting the date stamped images e mailed tho me ASAP.

Very efficient service with easy to follow instructions on booking form. By the time we had got our luggage out of the car a van was there to take us to the airport. On return after collecting our luggage we made a telephone call as instructed and van was waiting in the Rapid Pickup Area. An undercover walkway leads to this area, maximum 2/3mins walk from exiting airport building. Will definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them. We very recently used Goblin Combe to park our car for 10 days. I originally booked with another local place but their reviews were pretty bad, so changed to Goblin Combe as their reviews were mostly excellent. I was still a bit sceptical as it's the first time having to leave our car (and key) somewhere other than home/with family. But I'm so pleased we chose Goblin Combe, we had no issues whatsoever. 10 mins to the airport and only waited 10 mins to be picked up again on arrival back at Bristol. The guy who picked us up was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Car was just as clean and damage free as we'd left it. Wouldn't hesitate to use Goblin Combe again and recommend to anyone!

Excellent service. Arrived at 0520 to find office manned and immediate transit to airport which took about 8 min. On return, phoned once collected bags and waited for approx 10 min for pick up, which worked perfectly. Returned to car within 10 min which was parked ready to go with key provided on route back. Easy to find following Google maps and driving via narrow country lanes. Signs on the way as well just in case. Dropped the car off and in 2 mins I was already on the way to the airport in goblin drop off van. No issues at all. When landed back in Bristol the driver turned up in 12 mins after call regardless that the traffic was really bad in the airport that day. When arrived at the farm car was already waiting for me. Wow - what can I say but first class. Arrived, great waiting area and straight into a bus and at airport within 8 minutes. On return phoned from bag carousel to find he was just 30 secs away dropping people and he had thought to bring the car key with him. We were back within 10 mins of ringing to our car which he dropped us at door to door. Minibus was brand new and in good order and the staff were efficient, chatty and nice. Clean, fast, reliable and fantastic service - we will only be using these guys in the future.

Friendly staff, very good service and good value! The staff certainly go the extra mile, I'd parked my car under a tree prior to arriving at Goblin and it was plastered! I really did not want to leave my car in that state for a week whilst we were on holiday. One of the staff saw me struggling to wash the mess off with a bottle of water before handing my car over. He very kindly offered to jet wash it, before parking it. When we came back my car and roof was nice and clean, which was very much appreciated! Make sure you arrive in plenty of time for your flight as there sometimes is a slight wait, if the minibus is already out taking other customers to the airport.

We used Goblin parking towards the end of last year. Quite easy to find with sat nav directions and a nice office to check in when you arrived. The driver was on the way back from the airport and when he arrived there were around 6 people to check in. We were last in the que so viewed everyone else checking in. The gentleman muttered two things, keys and cheers. We sampled the same thing and took our own bags to the van and loaded them. On arrival at the airport, we were not given any details on how to contact them on our return . It was a good job I had written down the numbe before leaving. Our bags were dumped at the back of the van and the mini bus drove off, without so much as have a nice holiday or thanks for using us. It was a different driver on the return trip, friendly and chatty. I have contacted the company about our experience,but have not received a reply. For a company that is all about customer service to survive you would have thought it would be better. I have now found another parking company to use, who have brilliant customer service and it’s cheaper. I HAVE ALSO JUST NOTICED THAT AN EMPLOYEE OF GOBLIN IS ON THIS REVIEW SITE GIVING HIS OWN COMPANY 5 STARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always use Goblin Combe Farm for parking as its really convenient for me coming from the Cornwall direction. Its easy to find, and has a very efficient system in place which means you get to and from the airport with a minimum of effort. Drive in and park the car, take a mini bus with 5 minute drive to the airport and on return your car is waiting for you in the departure bay. Easy system run by a helpful and friendly workforce I highly recommend it.

We were delayed a couple of weeks ago getting to Goblin Coombe Farm airport parking because of flooding all around Bath and Bristol. We phoned ahead to say we were delayed and the lady on the phone got very shirty with us to say the least. We phoned again a little while later because we were by then pretty sure we were going to miss our flight to let them know not to wait for us. The lady at Goblin Coombe pretty well hung up on us. Won't be using them again. Update: the owner got in touch a couple of months later as a result of the above review. He said he wasn't happy with the way the lady had handled the situation and has refunded our booking. Much happier now.

I was stuck abroad forgot all about my car called them 1 week after my arrival date they said that it's only £3 a day which is a good deal better than any where else. When I arrived I locked my key inside the rim of the boot I couldn't open the boot door as the central locking wasn't working called my breakdown adrian Felix at 4am they said they couldn't come out until from 8am. The man at the car farm said there was a man onsite who is a machinaic he and the owner of the farm took there time and was able to get my key out they was very helpful and kind I was in tears as I was helpless at 4am with a child and my breakdown didn't want to help me and had even hung up on me. I would for sure use this company again the there best deal in the bristol airport area and very helpfull. On top of that it took less than 10mins to get the the airport and there bus is clean. We went to turkey on 18th may 2014 and booked for 10 days however we only booked outwards so we returned after 12 days and gave them a few days notice this was not a problem for them and they were polite and professional. Now our flight from dalaman was delayed by 2 hours and when we collected our cases we phoned the number to say we were on our way to pick up and they were there waiting with 2 minibuses at 4AM in the morning well done and thank you goblin 1st class service yet again .
