They went the extra mile by carrying shopping in for my Mum and rang me when she was taken ill and collapsed once. After moving into her care home, she was able to continue to travel independently as this taxi service had become like an extended family and she felt safe. Our family have also exclusively used this service. When nobody was available to pick us up from the hospital once, one of the drivers agreed to stay on at work late to get us home.
