Fantastic! Very friendly, and a smooth driver. Fantastic prices. Collected me at 12am on a Friday night! With less than 2hrs notice. Got me home safe and waited until we were inside to leave- just to make sure we were safe.

Son missed last train from London to Norwich but managed to get train to Colchester, telephoned these guys and they were so helpful and I felt reasurred they would collect my son from the station in the early hrs of the morning. Great customer Service.

I called this company having been let down by another company who were due to pick up my Aunt from a National Express Coach which was running late...the two ladies on the phone were very helpful and assured me they would have a driver there for her which saved me a great deal of worry. I needed a Taxi to take me to A+E, Due to a foot injury I could hardly walk, The Driver helped me into the Taxi and into the Hospital and with a different Driver to get me home he did exactly the same, He even took me to the Boots Pharmacy drive through to collect my Prescription, I would definitely recommend 577777 Taxi service and would definitely use them again, I called several other Colchester Taxi firms but they were not interested in the job "no we can't help you if you need assistance" I am now fully recovered, but what about the Older people in our community who may well need assistance and support who cannot drive? 577777 are in my opinion the best Taxi service in Colchester 💯%😇😀

We missed our bus to the Colchester zoo on a Sunday morning, didn't want to wait for 2more hours for the next one. So, booked the Five sevens taxi through phone call. Since we were in the city center the taxi arrived within few minutes. Card payments accepted.

I have never used your service but after my mistake I noticed you have many reviews complaining about the company cancelling their bookings. I also noticed that you have replied saying that you don’t cancel the taxis. They probably also confuse other company with yours. Sorry for my mistake!

Booked first time today at 15:00 from Meachen road to Kendall Primary School. Very professional and helpful driver. My children required a drop back. Upon request driver decided to wait for us despite it was the busiest time. Can’t thank him enough for his kindness. I’ll surely be booking again.

I get really nervous with cabs and I ordered one due to buses not turning up and I was told it would be a 40 min wait at the office and the driver was ready after 20 mins of booking. BEST taxi service! My daughter was sick at school, they sent a lovely lady driver to pick her up and she was home within 40mins (I live 30mins from the school) cheap taxis with first class service! I wouldn't use any other taxi firm.

Most people only review when they have something bad to share, well this company has always been there for me, I know they can't always help traffic of the customer before holding them up, I'm not the only person who uses their service, some drivers are chatty, others aren't, that's people for you, you get what you pay for and these guys have nice cars a good service and never have badly let me down
