We recently used A52 Executive Cars for transfers to and from East Midlands Airport. The whole service from booking through to collection and drop off was excellent. Communication through the booking process was great - very professional and quick to reply to emails. Once booked a full and clear booking confirmation was sent through and, when one of our flight times was changed, our pick up booking was amended without any issues. Payment in advance was very straightforward. Before collection we received a number of text messages to confirm the booking and to let us know our driver was en-route. The car itself was a silver Mercedes V Class. Very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of four plus luggage. Complimentary bottled water was also welcomed and a nice touch. Our chauffeurs on both journeys were polite, courteous and excellent drivers. I’d have no hesitation recommending A52 Executive Cars and look forward to using them again in the future.

Excellent limo service from A52 Executive Cars. We were picked up promptly at the airport, oversized baggage was dealt with cheerfully, the ride was relaxed and happy. The next day our driver picked us up in another location, didn't grumble at us for being late to depart and dropped us off at the next airport. I would definitely recommend A52 Executive Cars . We used them for an Airport drop off and pick up. The service was great from booking through to transfer. We had regular updates regarding the booking. We also recieved text to inform us who our driver was and when he woud be arriving for both journeys. We recently used A52 Executive Cars to take our brother to Heathrow. I contacted them through Facebook on a Saturday evening and got an instant reply, I explained our situation in that, we needed more of a chauffeur/personal assistant as such for my brother rather than just a driver. He needed taking to Heathrow and escorting into the airport to the designated drop off point. This company went above and beyond to help us (there were a lot of questions from me!) nothing was too much trouble which made the booking process easy and hassle free. Paul collected my brother promptly and safely delivered him to the desk at Heathrow, my brother commented on how luxurious the vehicle was and how friendly Paul was, even playing his favourite music. My brother has mild learning difficulties and so for him and us as a family, trusting a company to escort him is so much harder than normal - infact we have never trusted a company prior to A52 Executive Cars. Paul made such a lasting impression we booked again for my brothers return journey (which we didn’t need to may i add, family were on hand but my brother requested!) We would not hesitate to recommend A52 Executive Cars, they are SO good at what they do. We will use them every year, (without a doubt) for my brothers trip.

Booked David to take us to Birmingham Airport, it was a 5 am collection, he was right on time in a beautiful vehicle with enough space to accommodate our luggage for a 2 week holiday for 3 adults. The vehicle was extremely comfortable and really easy to get in and out of. The return journey the flight was late landing, but David had monitored the flight progress and was outside Arrivals when we emerged with our luggage. It was excellent, courteous service and I have no hesitation in recommending this chauffeur service.

We have used Dave at A52 cars on a fair few occasions and always found the service to be second to none. The cars are extremely clean and comfortable, the drivers are always punctual and courteous, always having the knack of knowing whether to chat or not. The cars have tissues, water and hand sanitiser in and the drivers assist with the luggage. This year we needed to use their service at very short notice due to the airline cancelling our local flight and us having to fly from a different airport. Dave and the team managed to fit us in with less than 4 days notice and as usual the service was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend A52 Cars to everyone.

They were so professional and accommodating with constant support and made all of the plans simple. I contacted Dave to ask if he was available to take my step grandaughter and her boyfriend to their Prom Night. Dave was very helpful and sent me photos of the cars to choose from. We chose the S Class Mercedes as it was very elegant. We supplied a non alcoholic fizz for them to have on the way to the Prom and Dave supplied the glasses. Dave was so helpful in making this such a wonderful experience for them and more so because he was in his chauffeur outfit. Thank you Dave you made a young girl and her Mum very happy indeed.

There was hardly any difference in price between using A52 or a standard taxi and well worth paying that tiny bit extra to travel in comfort. If you’re looking for an outstanding luxury chauffeur for your big day look no further - my wife and I have been delighted with the service and the vehicles supplied by A52 Cars. We booked two of the Mercedes Benz vehicles for our big day back in June and from start to finish we were in safe hands. We received a prompt and courteous response after making initial enquires and liked that fact that the rates (which are very competitive I hasten to add!) were transparent and made clear to us from the beginning. The cars arrived promptly to pick everyone up, the drivers were well turned out in their suites & caps and the vehicles were immaculate inside & out. The small touches really helped make our day all the more special such as the bottles of water in the car (it was a v. hot day!), the ribbon decorations and pulling the front seat forward to accommodate my wife’s dress.
