Great company. Arrived on time for all 4 times I used them within 2 days. Fair prices also. They not only send you a dispatch message when the driver is on their way, but provide a way to track them, so you can see exactly how far they are. They also text and call when they are outside which I thought was brilliant. Good company and will use again!

Chads adapted taxis and their drivers give those in wheelchairs an excellent safe service. The drivers are extremely helpful and polite, as are the ladies on the switchboard. The only problem is there are not enough of them! It is very difficult to get adapted cabs in the afternoons term time and at weekends, and sometimes in the evening. We wish there were more of you ! 🙂

Tonight was the best though, I phoned to book the taxi to prince at Spondon as always and the gentleman asked me if I want to book the return journey at the time we always do😀 Do you know it made me feel like I was a special customer. Just that little touch was perfect . We've never had a problem with this company in 9 years and hope to continue for the next however many.
