We used these guys as a chauffer service to and from Southampton for a cruise and they were absolute excellent. Their car was first class and the driver was excellent - a very safe and considerate driver. Their communications were also great. All in all, a really lovely company to deal with. This is the first time we have used them and it will not be the last.

Executive Cars Derby Ltd regularly provides excellent transfers for my company's clients between locations in England. Being based in California, 8 hours behind the UK, it's reassuring to know that my clients are in good hands. Today, they went way above what was contracted; clients were being taken to board a cruise, when they were notified of a positive covid test, which resulted in them being denied boarding. One option could have been to drop the passengers at the quay and say "that's a shame, but I've completed my responsibility" However, the Executive Cars Derby chauffeur did much more! He conferred with the passengers, identified a better location for them to quarantine, and took them many miles out of his way to the hotel they selected. Customer Care at its very, very best!

I used this company for my transfer from Derbyshire to Heathrow Airport and was very impressed with the fantastic service. The car was spotless clean and very comfortable and totally on time, the driver was lovely. There was a slight problem when the airline (NOT Executive Cars I hasten to add) changed the flight time slightly but due to the professionalism of Executive Cars they obviously checked our booking and still turned up bang on time! I would not hesitate to use this service again and would certainly recommend it!

We used this company for our wedding day. We were originally getting married in February 2022 but due to concerns around the Plan B - covid we moved our wedding to June 2022. This was not an issue for this company. Even when I requested a coffee stop on the way to the reception, it was no issue for them. On the day of the wedding my driver arrived early and had no problem waiting outside until I was ready. There was water and sweets in the car and he asked me if I wanted music off or on. He opened the door at all times and I was overwhelmed at how excellent the service was that they provided. When I stopped off at starbucks en route, the driver offered to pay for the coffee which I refused cause I was getting one for free, but thought it was such a lovely gesture. The car was lovely inside, very clean, very modern and comfortable. Our driver was amazing and we didn't pay anything until he arrived. If anyone needs a reliable, professional, friendly chauffeur driven car; then this company is the one!

Hired Ian and car to drive bride and groom from church service to wedding reception (a 45 min drive). Booking process was smooth and Ian was excellent - punctual, willing to accommodate small requests as we departed the church and perfect driver for the journey - he was polite and friendly and gave the passengers space and privacy too. I was also contacted asking for an exact location for where we were to be picked up, which I greatly appreciated as our home can be difficult to find, but it also confirmed that punctuality was important and we would be collected on time. Such a fantastic journey. I had to travel during Covid to attend a funeral and wanted to avoid public transport. The car was spotless, water, sanitiser and masks where provided. The driver was covid tested before the journey and wore a mask during the whole 4 hour drive. As a woman travelling on my own across the country I felt safe and at ease, I'm a nervous traveller and we stopped as much as I requested for breaks and toilets. This is the first time we have used Derby Executive Cars and it certainly won’t be the last! We had booked to travel from Derby to Gatwick Airport this morning. Ian rang us about an hour before we were due to be picked up to explain that our driver was stuck in a jam caused by the M1 being closed. Ian changed the plans and picked us up in an executive Mercedes saloon to meet our driver, Mark thus avoiding any issues to the point we were ahead of schedule. Thank you so much Ian, you helped alleviate any stresses and we are safely at the airport having a drink before our flight. We look forward to seeing you when you pick us up on our return.
