S. E.Normally I find Western Taxi Drivers friendly and kind. Tonight the driver was rude and made me feel bad, saying he’d been waiting 10 minutes even though that was not true. If I didn’t travel with them regularly I’d not realise that this is the exception rather than the rule and it would definitely make me not want to use this firm again. Based on tonight, I’d give 1*. That has made me put 3* rather than 5* overall.

D. &. M.Brilliant taxi service. First time customer. Rang to book a short notice booking and told my taxi would be approx 5 minutes. Text recieved of car make, reg, colour etc and that it had arrived. Driver was a really lovely friendly man. We chatted and lauged all the way to train staition. Visiting my son in Derby so new to area, but will be returning to Derby in 2 weeks, so will definately be booking Western Cars again very soon and for all future trips in and around Derby.
C. J.My driver Esy was great, he made my taxi ride so enjoyable. It was like getting into the car with a friend that you have known for a long time. He made me feel comfortable, shared stories and jokes. The only downside is that the journey was short, so wasn't able to spend alot of time hearing his interesting tales. I would 100% recommend Western cars, but more than that I would recommend the taxi driver Esy.
M. T.I regularly use western taxis through the app and it’s brilliant! I can follow the taxis route to see when it is arriving, giving me a minute by minute count down to its arrival. It is always on time and the drivers are always friendly. I wouldn’t use any other company now!
