Car mot and service done quickly and efficiently. Happy with service. Kept informed of progress and free health check with video. However, I would have preferred to use balance in service plan to put towards oil leak repair identified during health check. Rather than money sitting in service account until next year losing value in real terms. I would have preferred to top up plan next year if there was a shortfall. Therefore may not do a service plan when the current one ends next year.

I called through to the main contact centre and spoke to a lovely woman who booked me into the Doncaster service centre Had my Audi A1s tyres checked because I was worried coming into winter, rather than sell me something I dont need they gave me a free winter health check and assured me I only needed one tyre changing! saving me money, how trustworthy!
