I use it several times a year to transport my wife and I to Newcastle Airport and on occasions Durham /Teeside Airport. V. K.Very pleased with the communication, helpfulness & good timekeeping of this business.
We used a minibus as there was 4 adults & 2 kids to transport, they met us at Durham railway station and took us on the 1st leg of our busy schedule and over the next 2 days, providing timely transport a further 3 times on our last day before we caught the train home again.
The costs were very competitive too!

W.We have used Airport Express for a number of years both as a couple and with friends and found them to extremely reliable competitive on price and most important pleasant to travel with and very helpful with baggage and one of our friends is handicapped! Not many taxi firms would provide a service from Durham to Manchester airport in the very early hours of the morning, but Airport Express did, plus pick up 3 weeks later - outstanding service.
